  1. You don't need internet to access the interface, can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when you're unable to access please?
  2. That's really down to personal preference and if you prefer to make all your settings at once and then change the profile as and when required or adjust rules on the fly. Just comes down to time really, it should be more efficient to switch profiles rather than setting up rules each time.
  3. Reboot and you should be able to login. What are your SmartBOOST rules? Is every device fully off or are some in an instant on/standby mode? If the latter then it's still possible.
  4. Dang, I mean it's a great game, I just didn't realize it has this much staying power, even more surprising there isn't LFD3 on the horizon
  5. Does any other device show the same amount of usage as this one would on the network monitor?
  6. You should set it slightly higher than your average ping, the amount is up to you, experiment to see what works best

I have an answer, it's not the best one but basically that version of DumaOS was pre quite a lot of the employees/devs so they couldn't say why it differs and even if I can track a dev down it's probably from about 7 years ago that firmware so I don't fancy the chances of figuring out why the change unfortunately.
  8. Are you not getting the page that asks you to reload the page/proceed to the interface and if you are getting it does using those options not allow you in?
  9. That's not really how it works, the server in Ireland is required for online play, if it was blocked you wouldn't be able to play at all. I've rarely seen anyone play on that server, I don't think it's used very often. Best to set the PC to console when using gamepass for the moment. You won't always see the server names but we try to do so where possible.

  16. In theory all they need is some IPs of the servers you regularly connect to and they should be able to figure out the rest from there.
  17. What firmware version are you on and what are you seeing exactly? How is Ping Optimizer not working? There is a PUBG option on both the Geo-Filter and SmartBOOST. We haven't advertised it as being super powerful hardware or made any comparisons to other hardware. The hardware is perfectly sufficient for the software. All our own routers have been less than $250 and have been sourced to ensure it runs the software and is more accessible for people. Better hardware would have run $300+ and would have been unnecessary at the time. The hardware specs are also available on the product page prior to purchase for you to check.
  18. If it's not happening when you are gaming then it thinks you are, in which case check SmartBOOST, what is being prioritized at that time? What internet traffic are you doing at the time? If we can find out the incorrect priority we can resolve it.

  20. You won't be able to stabilize every single game but I suspect in this case it has something to do with the fact that it thinks you have a 1ms ping that doesn't need stabilizing - what is the usual ping shown?
  21. We're testing a cloud update currently, once we've verified it doesn't break anything we'll push it
  22. You can't have two different Geo-Filters - if you only add the one device to the Geo-Filter only that device will be affected by the Geo-Filter settings. If you add both devices then they will both use the same Geo-Filter settings. We may add multiple Geo-Filters in future so different devices can use different settings.
