There are no one size fits all settings, the best settings are the ones that you find works the best for you through trial and error. Though: What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup Traffic Prioritization? What game are you playing? How is the PS5 connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?

If you click the recovery options button on that page it should give you the option to get the logs, if you could do that please

We don't have any involvement with the security updates so couldn't say how often they may arrive

What happens when you click continue anyway?

Did you factory reset after upgrading? If not please do so and then check again

If you factory reset the R1 from the interface and then go through the wizard and then don't change any settings on the main interface does it then work properly?

Was it after an update on the game or a console update etc? How are you disabling Geo-Filtering when it's still occurring - could you provide a screenshot please?

If you've not changed anything on the R1 there isn't any reason from our side for why it would have happened. Did it occur after changing any settings? Any change in your setup etc?

Have you double checked the IP in the DMZ on the ISP router is still the same IP the R1 is showing for its WAN IP?

What does the configuration tab show for Firewall? Were you able to set the reserved IP then? No worries, if I'm responding then I'm working so you don't need to save troubleshooting for a specific time

Not specifically no, however, you may be able to achieve it by using Adblocker

Okay that's almost certainly a relay server then - it's connecting you to a server that is either inside your radius/not covered by the Geo-Filter which then connects you to the server outside the radius so it can't be blocked. There isn't really anything you can do to get around it unfortunately, maybe we can do something for these cases but it'd take a while to look into.

DMZ could be in internet. Reserved/Static IP may be in the address table tab on your last screenshot. Otherwise consult the hub manual and it should direct you

I'm not aware of the specifics but it was cloud related - I don't think it was any changes we specifically made that caused it

Remove the port forwarding then check if it continues, if it does then put the PS5 in the DMZ on the R1, does it then continue?

Presumably if you then accept the match it will then not allow you into the game? If so then I think they will be using relay servers to try and get you a match which then makes it almost impossible for us to detect the final game server location to allow/deny it

Copy the WAN IP from the R3 WAN Settings page and enter it into the DMZ on the Smart hub. Then on the smart hub find the static/reserved IP section (likely in LAN or DHCP settings) and set the same IP you copied as static/reserved.

Did you put the R3 in the DMZ on the AR2140?
