  1. We'll have a feature upcoming that will help prioritize games we haven't specifically tested. It really depends on the game, some will work right away and others will need to be tested
  2. Hmm okay, it's less likely to be the DumaOS side in that case - presumably you've not got the phone in the Geo-Filter have you? As a test, if you put your phone in the DMZ very briefly, try a text and then remove it from the DMZ immediately does that work?
  3. What do you mean by x5 exactly? Can you provide a screenshot of your priorities please? If you're not using Congestion Control then your network can still become saturated so make sure you have that setup (Ping Optimizer > Advanced) and then SmartBOOST should take care of the rest.

  6. Are you accessing the interface via HTTPS? Are you using Armor? Can you provide a video of what you're seeing when you try to run those functions please? SmartBOOST isn't a XR1000 feature, use the mobile DumaOS app and you'll see what can be used

  9. Just because a game is released doesn't mean it is immediately supported/tested, there are very few requests for the game, it will take some time, especially when the holidays wiped out a lot of time. I will chase it.

  18. You can downgrade back to this version, just download it from the first post and repeat the same process you used to upgrade
  19. Did you factory reset on RC10 then? You don't need to do that, just intermediary > rc10 > rc14 then you can reset. Are you accessing via ethernet or WiFi when it happens? Are you able to complete it using another device over ethernet?
