Yes that's the right one - you'll be hard pressed to find anyone commenting there who doesn't have something to resolve, it is a support forum after all but the only way to be sure is to try it yourself.

Cod Black Ops 6 Filtraggio Cod e Desync. Neatgear XR100
Netduma Fraser replied to vigna's topic in Call of Duty Support
For QoS I'd suggest putting the Congestion Control download percentage down, try 70% and experiment from there. Priority on the fritz I don't think would be correct, the DMZ - I think it's called exposed host on the fritz, put the XR WAN IP (found on the XR System Information page) in it- 11 replies

R2 update error(invalid signature, upload valid signature)
Netduma Fraser replied to Mariolem18's topic in Netduma R2 Support
We had to upgrade you to DumaOS 4 and factory reset it, you can stay on the DumaOS 4 beta update or you can downgrade to the one you wanted. Let me know if it didn't work and if you want to stay on the beta update and I can add you to the early access section. -
This would just be the port forwarding section on the R3 and you make those rules as above. If you're on PC that's what you should do. If you can then the R3 should be in the DMZ on the NG router. If you're playing on console then you could put that in the DMZ on the R3 instead of doing those port forwarding rules.

I've given you Early Access so you can try the firmware there: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ Regarding your NAT, it could be CG-NAT, could you run this test and let us know the results please? https://support.netduma.com/docs/dumaos-3/open-nat/#cg-nat

Never heard of it but I'll pass it along to the team

This is why it's not a great idea to go to such an old version as there are sometimes big issues that needed to be resolved. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Console tab. Then paste and enter this command: await duma.RPCHandler.PostRPC({rapp: "com.netdumasoftware.config", method: "get_time_zone", params: []}) see if that allows you to get past the Setup Wizard.

Geo Filter IP Limit
Netduma Fraser replied to Tripper's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
We're looking into it, it's by no means a done deal and it may well be too difficult but we'd like to yes. Is that error actually producing issues for you? -
Steady Ping won't always be able to stabilize a game, we're working on a new ping method which may be able to help increase the consistency. The tighter you restrict the longer it will take you to get games so do consider encompassing a few servers within your radius and the speed of getting games should be much faster.

Lag compensation counter?
Netduma Fraser replied to Hisham's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
I believe in older firmware versions it did apply to other things as well but on newer firmwares it should just apply when gaming/when you're connected to a game server -
Cod Black Ops 6 Filtraggio Cod e Desync. Neatgear XR100
Netduma Fraser replied to vigna's topic in Call of Duty Support
That message means you've already added the same device with another service and the contents of those services are conflicting with each other. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode How have you setup QoS?- 11 replies

Is there a way to disable QOS completely?
Netduma Fraser replied to Spazz's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Try it just with your ISP router for awhile, do the same tests you'd normally do when you'd normally do them and see how it performs, if you notice those speed issues still -
Help with putting R3 on my network
Netduma Fraser replied to digital_steve's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Bufferbloat is caused by your network being saturated which is more prevalent when other devices are being used - if you yourself were just gaming there wouldn't be any bufferbloat. 1 download though for example can saturate your network and cause bufferbloat. Do let us know how you get on -
Is there a way to disable QOS completely?
Netduma Fraser replied to Spazz's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Are your speeds usually up and down a lot? I.e. does the connection generally appear to be unstable rather than consistent? -
4.402 ps5 can’t connect or has to recreate connection
Netduma Fraser replied to Ryola's topic in Netduma R3 Support
While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. Holding the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface -
What game are you playing? Is it just kicking you from the game or internet also? If you disable the Geo-Filter does it continue to happen?
-
If you disable the Geo-Filter or QoS fully does it continue?

Can you take a screenshot of what you're referring to please?

Help with putting R3 on my network
Netduma Fraser replied to digital_steve's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Well not pointless, all other features would work, prioritizing should still work well but it just wouldn't be able to counteract any usage from other devices. A separate line is a good option but then you wouldn't need QoS as much either as you'd presumably just connect your gaming device to it.
