  1. No worries, let us know how you get on when you're able to - I've responded in that other topic but basically, no, however it could be an easy fix, email us and we'll get you sorted either way.
  2. Not specifically and it may be an easy fix but email [email protected] and we'll get you sorted
  3. No need to make multiple posts/topics, I will reply to you via email

  6. Okay leave it with me, I'll check if we've whitelisted a server by mistake. Please make a new topic and we can help you there
  7. It's not always necessarily a router issue - they are all allowed to make a connection there as you can see so there is no reason for you not to get into a game that is immediately obvious. If you disable filtering but so you can still see the servers do you get a game faster? If so, is there anything that was blocked on the map that is now allowed? Make sure you zoom out to be sure you're not missing anything. Are you on the latest Early Access version? Have you found the least congested WiFi channel and experimented with the widths? Peoples IPs can change so although you may have added them the day before for example, the next day it may have changed and you'll need to add them again - there is no way to counteract that really, it's just the nature of networking. Geo-Latency would mean you don't need to add them but there is also the chance of getting a server outside your radius.
  8. Where were you checking the speeds, on the router itself or speedtest.net? Some modems can be picky about their boot order, reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R2, wait 4 minutes then check for internet. When you rolled back the firmware did you lose or unplug power? Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes and try to access.
  9. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Do you have Armor enabled?
  10. I'll let the team know this is something you'd be prepared to do!
  11. Have you blocked any servers on the Geo-Filter at all? If you disable the Geo-Filter can you get in?
  12. It really depends why it is happening, it may be that it has been whitelisted in which case we'll have to remove that, I would have thought more people would have mentioned it by now though. Have you made any Internet rules, port forwarding, DMZ etc in recent days?
  13. Could you try with http://192.168.1.1 or http://routerlogin.net please and see if it makes any difference. Also make sure the browser isn't forcing you to connect via HTTPS. Does your web browser have an Adblocker enabled? If so disable it and check. Does the System Information page show you have internet/a WAN IP?
  14. Yes it should work together but probably no real need to
  15. The blocked server between Ireland and the UK, add that to the allow list please and then check again. If it persists resync the cloud then provide the log file from right after please.
  16. No it doesn't really work like that. The server appears to be a Google server so I'm not sure if it's actually the game server or not. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it adheres more to your radius.
  17. You didn't have access but I've given it to you now. Using a relay server isn't something we may necessarily be able to counteract - they're connecting you through a server to another server, we can't see that path to block the final server. The Geo-Latency function may help though.
  18. Could you downgrade to https://kb.netgear.com/000065541/XR1000-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-68 and see if it works as expected then please?
  19. Okay so please provide a full screenshot - not cropped - of the entire Geo-Filter page how it appears when it isn't doing what you want it to do exactly.
  20. How long did you hold it for? Did it show you the Setup Wizard after you did it? Judging by the bottom message you don't have the router connected correctly which is probably causing those issues - do you have the WAN/internet port on the XR connected to one of the LAN ports on your ISP modem/router? Could you provide a picture of the physical setup please?
  21. How did you reset the router exactly? Is this a new or second hand router? Does the error happen only after you add a device to the Geo-Filter or can you make it happen before that just by re-syncing the cloud?
  22. Could be any of the 4 bullet points I mentioned, make sure you adjust those if needed and try again
  23. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. If you change settings while on the game you'll need to restart the game. The Geo-Filter can't display the game information until it is sure what game you are in - it won't count the pre-game lobby as the game server.
