  1. Okay thank you, I'll have to ask the team if they've missed the R1 in the cloud update and will get them to update it next week
  2. Device only for PC, for console device/gaming will work
  3. Where are you located approximately? What platform are you playing on?
  4. For the WiFi card: Right-click on the Network/WiFi Windows Network Icon on the PC on the bottom-right hand side of your screen Open Network and Sharing Center. Click Change Adapter Settings. Right-click your connection and go to Properties. Uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) to disable it. Then try accessing via WiFi please
  5. We're updating the CoD service next week with a cloud update, for now prioritize the device to effectively prioritize it.
  6. I think you need to enter the DNS they give you like they mention in their console guides
  7. Does it work with the VPN disabled & Geo-Filter disabled VPN disabled & Geo-Filter enabled VPN enabled & Geo-Filter disabled
  8. Okay thanks, I'll come back to you
  9. Do all activities for that device and check - the logs are fine there
  10. Click add device from the above screenshot
  11. @Sherman85your video isn't working for me, can you upload it again please?
  12. That's right yes, add a rule for the device itself and see if that works
  13. If the speed fluctuates between 650 - 800 then enter 725 and that will be a good average, then don't change it and just experiment with the percentages that work best with that
  14. Not that page, the main HybridVPN page
  15. Can you provide a screenshot of the HybridVPN rule you've made to apply it to your device please? The game is actively trying to stop people using VPNs so if you're also trying to use the Geo-Filter at the same time it may not work
  16. The team have asked: How many devices do you have connected? Are you using HVPN? If so, is it configured for a single device?
  17. Okay then yes enter the speeds you get from those sites, that way SmartBOOST/QoS will be more accurate and give you better results
  18. Thanks, I'm waiting to hear back on the logs, are you able to access via the phone app and enable remote support that way?
  19. Don't test the speeds on the router, test them on speedtest.net, what do you get from there with QoS fully disabled?
  20. Can you provide a screenshot of the HybridVPN rule you've made to apply it to your device please?
  21. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  22. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect.
  23. Are you seeing any servers blocked outside your radius when this happens?
  24. The cause of the issue won't be something that can be fixed by changing any settings, it would require a software fix and I couldn't possibly say when another upgrade may come about. Really the only thing to do for the issue is to reboot the router, that's what will reload the apps again, as you've seen it doesn't work every time, it could take a few times - important that once you've started the reboot to exit the interface and wait 4 minutes before attempting access again otherwise it could interupt the startup. You could attempt to re-install the firmware via TFTP which bypasses the boot process incase there is an issue there.
