  1. I responded to your other topic in regards to this
  2. The Geo-Filter is a staple feature of DumaOS, not sure what you mean? You can return within 30 days from the day it was delivered to you Use the steps above to make the PC a console, then you don't need to select a game. Are you enabling the Geo-Filter when you're already on the game?
  3. Are they using PPPoE/IPv6? If so that will be why. It would be best to have the ISP modem/router handle this and put the XR into its DMZ and QoS should then function as expected.
  4. For now adjust Congestion Control manually and you can try it again later and it may work
  5. That was probably for the R3 or referring to a cloud update for the R2. I don't have an ETA on any R2 firmware currently. I think the focus right now is on the BI/ACC feature and then hopefully an R2 firmware can be done
  6. Yeah that makes sense. It is something that has been requested and I've also put it on the list for DumaOS 4 requests. I couldn't say when/if it might be included unfortunately
  7. If you experiment with the channels/widths for 2.4GHz does it improve?
  8. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  9. I don't know if that's the WAN IP or not, does it match the WAN IP on the System Information page? You've added it with the Call of Duty service, not the Games Console one, switch to the Games Console service and it will prioritize.
  10. Never only applies to when the Congestion Control percentages will trigger, the entering the speeds is separate. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  11. Good to hear, thanks for the update - we need to update the Call of Duty service so keep it that way for now, it will filter in the same way
  12. Can you provide a screenshot of how the device is added to prio please? Was it the WAN IP of the router you put in the DMZ on the Nokia?
  13. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works please. No other device allows you to Geo-Filter.
  14. Well if you want to filter then you need to have filtering on
  15. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  16. You can ignore the logs, they show background processes that can look like issues. It's primarily for the developers if you're having an issue that requires more information.
  17. What is the extender connected to to get internet?
  18. Thanks for your patience, we've actually stopped using (deleted) the telemetry server so the toggle is essentially useless so you may as well leave it disabled. We'll be removing the option in an upcoming firmware.
  19. Yeah it will prioritize just the same
  20. It's likely we have to update the Call of Duty series option so remove that then add it as a console instead, does it prioritize then? Disable the Geo-Filter before booting the game, does it show open for NAT then?
  21. You have speed test bypass disabled there, if you enable that do your speeds go back to normal? Also if you could provide a screenshot of the LAN settings page please. So if you haven't already I would definitely suggest doing a factory reset first, it's a big update/change from the previous public version. If you seem to have no lingering issues like the login you had previously then the upgrade should be fine, if not, either downgrade then re-upgrade through the interface or delete the download file from your PC, redownload it then upgrade again. Assuming you've already factory reset or repeated the process and the issue still occurs and it's not speed test bypass how have you setup SmartBOOST to prioritize?
  22. Speeds can be entered in the Congestion Control panel menu and Congestion Control is located on the QoS page. I mispoke, I did mean Smart Connect, disable that and connect to 5GHz specifically, do you get faster speeds on the MBP then?
  23. You've added servers to your allow list so I suspect some of them are allowing access to those servers. Remove the allowed servers you've done as well as any blocked ones, then reboot the gaming devices, then try again please
