  1. If you were having the same issue then yes it should, resync the cloud and check again
  2. Untick the option "Use router as DHCP server" and save, then reboot the router, wait 4 minutes and check. Any new devices you want to add you'll need to set a static/reserved IP on the device itself first, then you can set it on the router.
  3. I think the DHCP issue you're referring to is the one where you need to set the reserved IPs. Unfortunately that's a Netgear issue that we've informed them of years ago and it's not something we have the access to fix. Could you reboot please then as soon as the error comes back get the log immediately please? I'm keen to see what happens on the logs prior to it happening, that log doesn't cover it I don't think.
  4. There is literally nothing else blocked on the entire map? If so that is odd because the router won't be blocking it, at least not with the Geo-Filter. If you disable filtering/switch to spectating mode so you can still see where you connect to do you ever get the LA server?
  5. It's Geo-Latency, disable that, reboot the console then try again please
  6. What do you mean there is a DHCP problem error exactly? Can you provide a screenshot of that please? Could you provide the full log please? This firmware has been out for a year and a half with this issue so it's a new one, not something we would have seen initially. It's likely it's a cloud update that can fix it. I've already let the team know about it so they can look into it. Given the time of year though it's unlikely it'll be able to be looked at properly until the new year.
  7. Zoom out fully on the map and check to see if there is a blocked icon when this happens, if so add that to the allow list and let us know what the ID is

  9. Added - https://forum.netduma.com/forum/153-xr1000-beta-forum/ Upgrade to it and see if the issue still persists.
  10. You already have it, click the link above
  11. There will be a new one in the coming days that should hopefully permanently resolve this, it has a lot of fixes, we're just finishing it up.
  12. As you rightly mentioned it is a Netgear router so all those aspects are something they would handle themselves, not something we would get involved with. You can follow the security alerts/updates they have made here: https://www.netgear.com/about/security/ by clicking on one of those alerts it will show you the routers it applies to and on what version it was resolved on. Any recent fixes they've mentioned there will be included in this version. Unclear at this time how the security updates may work going forward. I suspect they will continue pushing the security updates out for the 3.1/3.0 version and provide us with the necessary fix to apply to the beta but I can't be certain.

  15. We did a cloud update recently so that could be the cause - are you seeing anything on the map when it happens?
  16. I suspect the change in LAN IP working was more likely that the system reloaded itself, I imagine if you change it back it will work again. As a test, if you tell the router your speeds are 1000/1000 and run a test what results do you get?
  17. This could be due to crossplay, we don't see any servers on the map for it for some reason - presumably if you disable the Geo-Filter it works fine?
  18. I don't think we've tested it but I'll add it to the list for the team to look at
  19. It will not be available, it was closed beta, you'll get a more up to date version soon
  20. Great to hear that! So bufferbloat/lag occurs when your connection speeds are being used fully - this happens when doing a download for example and for lower speeds like yours this can happen more often even if a download isn't happening. By reducing your speeds by 20% in this case it prevents your full speeds being used and thus prevents the bufferbloat/lag from occurring.
  21. Are you using PPPoE, VLAN, or DHCP Identifiers? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
