Macca65
Have you tried turning the geo filter off?
BOLDSHOTER
Turn off geo filter, or stick mode, you will find games.

ColonicBoom
I've not used the Geo filter yet because of the matchmaking problems over launch. Couldn't really get any games at all yesterday evening (a few random high pingers). I don't know what time you were playing today but I had a couple of games earlier without any problems. And tonight I've been kicked from a couple of lobbies with 'lost connection to host' message but other than that no problems.
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted November 6, 2017 Netduma Staff Share Posted November 6, 2017 Are you using auto-cloud and bleeding edge? A new cloud update should have made connecting using the Geo-filter easier. Let us know how you get on with the Geo-filter turned off - I know the CoD WW2 servers were recently reset due to issues their end.

RL317
Wouldn't surprise me if we had fishy matchmaking again as we can't see player stats, and when I tried to force games on my local server (UK, 50 miles away) only in core TDM I only found one match at most at a time. Fortunately I have a Netduma this year, unlike in AW where I kept connecting to f*cking Seattle. If that's the case Netduma should hopefully make a killing this year
scbba
I have my geo filter on and strict mode and yet I still connect to to the uk dedi which is over 4k miles away the 3 days has been completely crap just like my whole iw experience

It's not necessarily bad Daniel, and it certainly isn't a fault or anything like that. Padlocks represent background or dedicated servers that have been blocked by the Geo-filter. If there is one within your radius that is blocked but you're still getting games relatively quickly, there's nothing to worry about. To ascertain whether something is wrong, I would focus more on how long it takes to find games, your in-game ping, and whether you're getting kicked from the lobby or not. With Strict Mode off, you would be connected to many of the padlocks you see, though this isn't required or recommended for CoD. Also keep in mind that CoD WW2 is very new, and they're already having server issues their end as they do with any new CoD release. Hopefully they will make more of an effort to fix server issues this time around.
RL317
I tried setting up my filter around Denmark and Russia to force 30-50ms games to either the Danish, Polish or Russian servers because bullets don't work on 8ms. I had strict mode on, ping assist at 0ms and got connected to an Indian host at 180ms LMAO
