SlingshotGamer reacted to Netduma Alex in Small delay to launch
Hi gamers,
Unfortunately there's been a small delay to the launch of Game Optimiser. DumaOS will now be activated on your routers this thursday.
Thank you very much for your patience, and we hope you enjoy Game Optimiser when it launches!
All the best,

SlingshotGamer reacted to Netduma Luke in ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE
Hi Everyone,
Today we are delighted to announce that signups for the DumaOS 3.0 beta are now open - this will be gradually rolled out to everyone who signs up, over time.
This is a big step. It means that after many months of hard work, we are now ready for you guys to begin testing 3.0 on your DumaOS powered routers.
What is in DumaOS 3.0?
It’s named 3.0 for a reason. It marks the next generation of DumaOS, our router operating system. Not only will 3.0 come with a whole bunch of new features for your router, we have also overhauled a tonne of things under the hood which will make it far easier for us to get new features to you in the future.
So far, we have announced four of the eight major features coming in 3.0. You can read more about each of them here:
Geo-Fencing: draw multiple Geo-Filters of any shape around your favourite server banks Application QoS: prioritize the traffic that matters the most to you by allocating bandwidth by application type e.g. gaming, streaming etc. Connection Benchmark: run a pure test of your Internet line to find out how stable your ping is and if you are getting your full bandwidth speeds Traffic Controller: block any applications, ports or devices from accessing the Internet. Feature 5: Announcing Soon Feature 6: Announcing Soon Feature 7: Announcing Soon Feature 8: Announcing Soon Further feature reveals will be posted on our blog here: https://netduma.com/blog/
How do I Signup?
Netduma R1 owners - go here: https://netduma.com/dumaos-3-0-signup-for-netduma-r1/
Nighthawk Pro Gaming users (XR300, XR450, XR500, XR700) - go here: http://www.netgearinnovation.com/dumaos-beta/index.html
When will I get the beta?
When making a major software update like 3.0, it's normal for things to not be perfect at the start. So as much as we would love each and every one of you to get your hands on 3.0 right now, it would be risky for us to do it in one go.
Instead we will be phasing the roll-out, starting off with a small number of testers. Once things are looking good, we will add some more, then more, gradually increasing until everyone who has signed up has received the upgrade.
When we are ready for you to join the beta you will get an email into your inbox with instructions on how to join. Please be patient - we will email you when we are ready.
Finally...
We want to thank you for your support and patience during the development of 3.0. We are very aware that it has taken time. But it really has been worth it. It has allowed us to take DumaOS to the next level. Work is already underway on 3.1 and we're working on some seriously big features that will give you even more control over your lag and your network.
We hope you have fun testing 3.0.
The ND Team

Try upgrading your gaming chair. That sees to do the trick.

I thought i would start this off with its own thread.
I have expanded slightly from my first app, screen shots are below.
now you can save and load your allow and deny list. This is very ideal if you have to factory reset. plus sharing of lists is possible.
you can clear your allow/deny list with a single click.
for those of you who are fed up of seeing your offline devices can with 1 click remove all offline devices that no longer hold an ip address
you can also create your own custom black/whitlist just make a text file named with the following
Server_Blacklist.txt
Server_Whitelist.txt
Peer_Blacklist.txt
Peer_Whitelist.txt
and insert ip addresses, only 1 ip address per line for example
from where ever this file is saved just drag and drop into the white box, this will automatically add
here is the file

SlingshotGamer got a reaction from Grafti in New cloud update!
I know that this question is so noob, but...
How can I download and apply this cloud?
Flush the cloud via the geo filter option. Click the 3 buttons to bring it up
-
SlingshotGamer reacted to Netduma Alex in New cloud update!
Hello DumaArmy,
We have recently improved our internal tools for managing the Geo-Filter Cloud. Now, it will be much quicker for us to adjust the position of game servers on the map when they are incorrect.
We have published a cloud update containing all of the mislocated servers that have been reported thus far, but we need more! If you connect to a server that you believe has been misplaced on the map, let us know by filling in the form below. The reports will be checked frequently and uploaded to the cloud database after we've verified that they are correct.
We have also added a space on the form for you to add your forum name, if you want. This will enable us to quickly respond to reports from users with a good track record of accurate reporting.
With our improved tools, and the help of the community, we'll be able to make new titles compatible much faster than ever before.

I am testing another set up, will share once i'm satisfied with the consistency - so far its feels even better than what you have going now 😁

Yip my connection is crisp. The only problem we have in South Africa is most of or all of our games are Sweaty as we only have one server to connect to ping is around 20ms but its all about how you play in MW. In BO4 its like night and day and game play is so easy

I had a team mate who suffered the same fete as you.
What help him alot was joining on me and then playing 'off me' as a host......i also guided him with load outs and he was able to slay out.
Unfortunately he does not play game enuf to improve his solo gameplay.
I would suggest joining up with @kinel or @Sable as they are based where you are and play off the same spanish dedi from what i've read.
Have one of them host you and see if that helps your experience also they can talk you though any grey areas in the setup.
Its worth a try if they are keen which i'm sure they would be.
I did it for another forum member livin in SA and he has even outslayed me on my host for the games we played together vs before where he was struggling.
His connection is sorted now tho and he is enjoying the game, @SlingshotGamer.
