Get them to identify Delta Force as gaming ASAP at least. Right now, I've added my entire device. Don't think it's that hard to just categorize the game correctly. Please don't tell me this simple task is going to take months.

Geo Filter, I remember you all said now it's easier to update via cloud and it will be easier to add new games. The only game added is Black Ops 6. Delta Force & Space Marine 2 which I've been asking since last year are yet to be included.
I'm guessing it's either 1 guy is doing this task or he has other tasks and doesn't even have a single day to just add some servers. If I could do it, I'd already get this done sadly I don't have access to update the cloud.
I mean asking for patience at this point is a joke. We are in a whole new year. At this rate I won't be surprised I'm still asking in this forum come May. I know @Netduma Fraser that you do your job extremely well. Seriously the backend team my God a snail would have reached the finish line at this point. It's always excuses. I remember last year it was 1st hey we will do it & then sorry Black Ops 6 is out team busy. 2nd Sorry it's Xmas and holiday's now. Now what's the new excuse. Wait you don't even need to tell me. Here is my 3rd excuse that's coming sorry we are finalizing the firmware update. Sigh!!!

Fine don't do the Geo Filter I give up just do the bare minimum and get the Delta Force game categorized right. You don't even want me to get on the constant disconnection issues everyday once because of PPPoE and Vlan. I'm monitoring the situation & for 1 year have to keep restarting my router once every day.
Yes, I'm on the VERY LATEST BETA RELEASE OF THE FIRMWARE! Yes, I have completely done a hard reset.

Get off the Atlanta server it’s the worst. I live 4 hours from Atlanta and block that server as it’s horrible with lag. Not sure why as I also get 6-8ms ping but have horrible hit detection and lag almost every game. I mainly play on the Dallas, Ohio area servers and have much better gameplay at 20-25ms ping 🤷‍♂️
Try other servers and see what you get.

the ATL server is by far the worse server on MW3 in the terms of  lag.  it feels like im 4 secs behind  everyone as a NY'er.  just a  completely unfun experience.  to date its the only server i ever had to block within the 50 states.

I bought the R3 mainly for the Geo-Filter so that I can host games with my friends on the west coast and connect to servers in the middle so we can all have good pings while playing and so far so good, when it's working it works great.  
we have gig fiber speeds are roughly 990down/995up on average on most tests straight from the Eero<unmanaged switch<ethernet to my PC (entire house is CAT6E) 
Here is my question, can I put the Eero in front of the R3 to use as my router and then add the R3 to DMZ to control just my PC to use Geofilter?  Does this make sense?  
I have 60+ wireless smart devices/TV's/Alexa's/Alarm system and 6 cameras etc. and I am not 100% confident that the R3 is designed to handle this size network and it's going to only grow as I add more smart devices to my home.  
I have it set up currently ethernet from ISP<R3<ethernet to my PC from R3<Ethernet from R3 to Eero(in Bridge mode)<Ethernet from R3 to unmanaged switch where my hardwired rooms connect. 
Even with Smartboost turned off I am seeing issues with devices having slow speeds upstairs that are connecting to the Eero (I have 3 Eero pro 6's to cover the house and backyard) where before the R3 was added to the network I had zero issues at anytime of day.  It's not traffic based as we live in a small town and not very many people have the gig fiber here yet and talking with my ISP they have not seen any heavy traffic issues on the network. 
Any and all suggestions wold be appreciated.  Hope this makes sense as I am an old man who is as ADD as they come lol and I type how the thoughts enter my scatter brain. 🙂  
 

IM the high end PC guy. 240fps avg on a 240hz monitor. There's def loads of desync. Shit servers, man. Not much we can do on our end once you've achieved an A+ bufferbloat rating, the rest is really on them.

No Army discounts, in fact you get charged more.  Only Marines get the discount, sucks to suck.  LOL....  Kidding of course. 
They are a UK based company so not sure if they do Vet discounts, I saw nothing anywhere about them on the web.

I normally don't like to girl dog and moan yet here I am.  Give us a status report, I am sure your project manager for the dev team has some idea of when things should be completed.  Do you even have a project manager?
What's been fixed?
What is still being worked on?
Why the hell is it taking so long?
All we get is "not giving ETA" "will be fixed in the next release" "we know what the problem is and will be fixed in the next release"
So I am very confused, how much time per day is being dedicated to fixing this mediocre router that I can only use one feature and that works 50% of the time.
 

First and foremost thank you for the detailed reply.  I don't have enough time in the day to sift through all the threads to find updates.
Pin this and make it a running thread that only you can update, title it "Read first latest firmware update post" sure there will still be people who don't read it but the majority of us come here every morning looking for status updates and then get frustrated, pissed off and go about resetting the router to look for updates the next day.  If you click on the links in the forum for firmware updates, let's just say there are none that are recent. 
On the list above tell us what the Dev's have solved and still working on so we know where they stand.  I know for myself that if I came here this morning and saw this post that you have here at the top of the forum and see that 6/7 out of 10 are completed then I would get an idea of where things are and think to myself "getting closer" instead of "WTF are they even doing on a daily basis" which is mine and I'm sure others thoughts.  I work as a project manager and I send out weekly updates to the team on where we stand on progression if it's a major development project, daily if it's on a smaller scale.  We just want to be kept in the loop, I don't need a hard date especially if it won't be hit but definitely want to know how things are going. 
Also, change the verbiage to "why it's taking longer" since it's not released as of yet. 
Again, this is all just my thoughts and opinions on how to make yours and everyone else's life a little easier.

Jokes aside people have to realize it’s a small team and there isn’t a way to quickly lookup a fix on Stack Overflow, YouTube or GitHub so their manually searching for bugs and coding the fixes

I’ve tried the Asus ROG Rapture GT-BE98 Pro annd I used your exact settings. I connected my gaming pc to the gaming port on the Asus rog router and used adaptive qos with gaming first priority.. And I’ll say the hit detection was okay. I spent $900 on that router so I was expecting it to be the best. But the r3 hit detection feels better to me theres less shoot first die first moments. The Asus router is definitely second on my list out of all the other routers I’ve tried. And now I have it in AP mode because the WiFi is really good.
What would be nice if we could play some private matches together to put the routers to the test 😂

I agree with you that the R3 is a great router. I've tried a lot of them in the past and I've had expensive routers from well-known brands. The truth is that the R3 still has bugs in the software, but I have no doubt that it will be the best router when it's all sorted out. I saw your Rank in MW3. Well, I think everything is easier when your server for MW3 is 50-200km away from home. LOL I would like to see you play with my nearest server at 1000km+. My download is 850mb/s, upload is 400mb/s. Servers are a problem for me and distance, not the connection of my ISP. Total disaster Ranked Play. I'm a hardcore player as well and it's easier to play there because you don't need to shoot 7-10 bullets that travel through the server and register it in order to kill the opponent.The long distance of the server can't register every bullet I shoot. I'm desperate! I bought R3 only because I saw that Austria has a server for MW3 and that country is 600km away from me and my ping would be 15ms. Then my game in Ranked Play would be a real story and realistic. I shoot 80% first and get killed at the end. Shoot first - be killed first. I'm desperate! I'm sorry that that server in Austria is invisible right now and that R3 can't locates it. I love Ranked Play but it's very hard to play on servers 1000km+
