  1. If you just disable filtering mode instead of removing the device from Geo-filter, you'll be able to see what server you're playing on without it affecting your game. Try that then you know you can set your filter to that server to guarantee good gameplay consistently.
  2. Fix applied, let us know if you're still having the same problem.
  4. Glad to hear it appeared to be working, just following up to see if you're still having this problem? We had another user with a similar-ish problem and believe to have resolved it for them. If you're still having trouble please let me know and we can apply the same changes to see if it helps with your issue.
  5. ¿Hay un número de modelo en absoluto? No soy capaz de encontrar mucha información al respecto.
  6. Not quite, set a reserved IP address for your chosen device under Network Settings -> LAN -> DHCP. Tick the 'Reserved IP' box next to your chosen device and give it an IP of your choosing.
  7. It would be worth opening a new topic, describing your issue in as much detail as possible so we can troubleshoot this with you. I'd also suggest ensuring you're updated to the latest firmware and have factory reset since installing it.
  8. How do you have Geo-filter configured? Are you using a VPN at all? What game mode are you playing specifically, can you connect to this server in any other game modes?
  9. We're currently beta testing/ironing out a couple remaining bugs for the R2 firmware. We're also internally testing the XR500 and XR700 firmwares currently. It's hard to give an ETA as to when these things will pass testing, it really all depends on if any bugs are found and what kind of time they'll take to fix.
  10. Yes, they will be compatible with one another. What configuration were you thinking of having them in? It also may be worth checking out this article: https://www.pcworld.com/article/562587/netgears-killer-netduma-gaming-features-are-coming-to-orbi-mesh-routers.html
  11. Fraser dice que el enrutador de la empresa probablemente tenga su propio QoS, lo que está ralentizando las cosas. Deshabilite QoS en el enrutador de la empresa.
  12. It's just not intended functionality to VPN specific ports from a console in Hybrid VPN, so we don't know how well it'll work. It will be easier to VPN the whole device as Fraser mentions.
  13. Right OK, we'll have to do some more testing internally. The only difference I can think of is that we were playing on PC and you're on console, so we'll hook up an xbox and try again. I'll update you here with our findings.
  14. When you search for a game with filtering mode enabled and it fails, are you seeing any 'blocked' icons on the map? If so, can you reproduce and send a screenshot?
  15. Are you located in the US? If possible please provide screenshots of your current Geo-filter setup and what you're seeing when you search for a match, that will make things a lot clearer.
  16. Can you provide a screenshot of how you've got Geo-filter setup currently? If you leave it with filtering mode disabled, are you still able to see server icons on the map?
  17. They implemented some measures to stop people forcing servers by changing some file, but that's not really what Geo-filter does so you should still be fine. Give it a go and let us know how you get on, we've been playing a little in the office recently and it seemed fine.
  18. What are you playing on, console or PC? The important things are that you've got it added to Geo-filter and are prioritising the Halo traffic in QoS. You can follow the same optimal settings guides to see how to do that. http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077073-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-qos
  19. Thanks for posting! Where in DumaOS are you seeing this error, is it after performing a particular action? You mention Network Monitor, are you seeing it simply when navigating there or performing a particular action there? Sometimes we'll see this error when trying to 'Resync cloud' from Ping Heatmap, Geo-filter, Adblocker etc. Normally it's just referring to that specific operation taking longer than it would normally, but it's not anything to worry about as the operation will have succeeded.
  22. There are some interesting entries in there, I've created a task for a developer to investigate. I'll get back to you as soon as I've heard back.
  23. Is Congestion Control set to 'Always'? If not please re-test with it set to Always. Are all devices on the network connected through the R2?
  24. Are you seeing any E-transfer domains showing as blocked in adblocker? If so, please take this domain and add a whitelist rule for it, that should resolve the problem. Please then also provide the domain to us so we can add it to the whitelist for our next cloud update.
  25. Apologies for the delay, I've just enabled the remote logging, let us know if DNS is now working and if the issue occurs again.
