  1. Looks like it managed to resync successfully that time. As a side note - are you using Hybrid VPN? There's an error in there relating to it and I'm curious whether that might be causing the problem. If Ping Heatmap still hasn't resynced properly, please disable the VPN and try again, see if it works after that.
  2. Do you have SmartConnect enabled on the Wireless Settings of the XR500? Could you open up System Information and watch the CPU usage graph, then start a transfer and see if the usage spikes at all? Let us know the results of that.
  3. Is the SMB device connected to the XR or is it connected to the upstream modem? If the latter, what's the make and model of the modem?
  4. You could try manually denying the server you're seeing on the West Coast, but if it's an authentication server it'll prevent you from finding a game server. Try it and confirm if that's the case, we then know this server is just for authentication.
  5. You don't need the PS5 in the XR DMZ if you've also got the XR in the modem's DMZ, so you can remove the PS5 from the DMZ. Could you please try going to Geo-filter and resync cloud from the three-line menu there. Please then download the logs again and send them over.
  7. It shouldn't make a difference, strict mode means Geo-filter only filters players, instead of servers. You may need to reboot the game/console after changing this, so the new changes to Geo-filter can be used when the game boots.
  8. With the R2 in the DMZ, the public IP and the WAN IP will appear the same. If the R2 has another router above it and it's not in the DMZ it's show a LAN IP from the upstream router as it's WAN IP. I've just accessed your R2 and enabled remote logging. Could you please let us know the next time you experience this issue?
  9. What are the speeds with the XR in AP mode? Could you please take it out of AP mode, then go and completely disable QoS from the three-line menu in Congestion Control and see if that's better?
  10. Where are you measuring this ping? In-game or in Geo-filter? Is the server you're seeing within your filter polygon always the same?
  11. Could you please do the resync again, then go to System Information -> Click the three-line menu under 'Logs' and download the log file. If you could please send that over to us and mention the approximate time you resynced, that'd help us troubleshoot this more.
  12. Set Ping Assist to the maximum ping you'd like to play in-game. I'd suggest about 30-40, that might speed things up for you. We might be able to get this added to Ping Heatmap so you can always check on the servers, I'll speak with the team and see if we can get that added.
  13. That's pretty much it, it's best to factory reset the R2 for the new connection. It's worth experimenting when you receive it, but we'd usually suggest disabling the Wi-Fi on the Sky hub and putting the R2s WAN IP in the Sky DMZ. You may find modem mode functions just find, but in case you have issues please switch over the the DMZ approach instead.
  14. Don't worry about that, that's a server that we've manually whitelisted as it's required in order for you to authenticate with a game's servers. It's not used for your actual game play and it won't be affecting your ping.
  15. That's interesting, do you know the speeds that it transfers at over wireless vs. over wired approximately? I'd expect wireless to be slower, for sure, but not to the point where it's almost unusable.
  16. Welcome to the forum! Great answer above from Fuzy. Could you let us know roughly the sort of speeds you're seeing?
  17. Is this for Warzone again? I can see that a few of them have stopped responding so I'll speak to the team and get them to push an update as soon as they can.
  18. You can't add it to Bandwidth Allocation just yet, but we're currently working on a solution for that. In terms of Traffic Prio you can add it as a service. If it's not working great we may need to update it's DPI classification so let us know if that's the case and we can do that.
  19. @CJArthur A modem replicating your traffic controller setup is currently in our endurance testing suite, I'll catch up with the team now and see if we were able to replicate the issue over the weekend.
  20. Do the devices still have their static IPs? Can you send over a screenshot of the LAN setup page so we can check to see if there's anything else there we need to change?
  21. It shouldn't matter, you should still be able to click Deny and you won't get matched with that server again. Is that not the case for you?
  22. Have you added your own custom rule to Traffic Prio or are you using DumaOS classified games? What platform are you playing on? PC or console?
  23. Could you please disable Adblocker and then see if website are still struggling to load? That sounds like it may be causing the problem.
  24. Good feedback, thank you for that.
  25. Thanks, there's some good info in there. I'll pass this over to a developer to investigate and we'll let you know.
