  1. Could you try hitting F12 in Chrome, then in the console that appears go to the Network Tab and click 'Disable cache'. Then refresh the page, can you at least click the text 'Agree' to progress through the setup?
  2. I would suggest removing the rule for Frostbite, the Games Console rule should handle everything itself and may improve the experience if it's handling everything.
  3. That's interesting, are you able to access the DumaOS interface from another device when you plug in the Ubuntu machine and it drops the connection? If so, could you replicate the issue, then go to System Information -> Logs -> Click the submenu in Logs and download the log file, then send them over to us? If you can't, we may need to instead enable some remote logging on your R2 so we can see the logs even after the power has gone.

  5. OK, maybe the server is under a lot of load hence why the ping in game is so different to Geo-filter. Can you try a few different servers and see if the two values are closer? Perhaps also experiment playing at different times of day and see if the experience differs.
  6. We believe we're getting close now, we've fixed what we believe was the last big bug and are now awaiting more firmware. Once we've got that we'll test again and if it's all good we'll go ahead and start releasing it.
  7. We're updating Ping Heatmap again today so you'll soon be able to see servers there again. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing in the Geo-filter map when you're getting connected to the 50ms ping server? It may be that we need to tweak Geo-filter a little bit.

  9. Perhaps that could be something to do with it. If you do hook up the R2 again, experiment with using different wireless types and see if that makes a difference.
  10. Do you know if your connection requires you to use PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers in order to get connected to the internet?
  11. That's bizarre, OK let me see if we can reproduce this issue internally and figure out what's causing it.
  12. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing on the Geo-filter map when you're getting connected to the other server that has a high ping? Where abouts is it located roughly?
  13. Are you able to get to the DumaOS interface from other devices on the network? Is it just the Ubuntu machine that seems to be causing these problems? When the connection drops, are you able to access the interface at that time from another device? Can you quickly clarify which firmware version the R2 is running at the moment?
  14. If you access your browser from a private/incognito window, do you still get the same thing? Can you download a copy of the log from the submenu in the logs panel? You can find that in System Information -> Logs. If you could then send that over to us that'd be great.

  16. You may need to manually select which router you're trying to log in to rather than having it detect it automatically. Which firmware version are you running on the XR?
  17. Yeah I think they're just being mis-categorised, it shouldn't stop you connecting to them though it will reduce the information you see on them a little bit. We've got a developer working on those miscategorisations now so hopefully we'll have that fixed soon!

  20. That's odd, is that after any particular action in Geo-filter? Enabling/Disabling filtering mode for example? If you try to resync cloud from the three-line menu in the top left of the Geo-filter map, do you see the same thing?
  21. Can you explain a bit more as to why you need to use this? Is it because you ISP requires you to use VLAN tagging in order to get an internet connection? If so, in Settings -> Advanced Settings -> VLAN/Bridge Settings, enable it then tick "By VLAN tag group" then enter the required VLAN ID there.
  22. OK, in that case I'd suggest downgrading to the previous firmware version, factory resetting the XR1000 on that version, then check to see if you're still having the problem.   23. Since the upgrade, can you please factory reset the XR500 by holding the reset pin on the back for thirty seconds. After this, leave it for five minutes then head back to the interface and complete the setup again. See if the lights are behaving properly after that.
  24. Nice job, in future please do avoid a 30-30-30 reset though. These are super aggressive and can damage modern hardware.
