In System Information in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 then reboot the router and see if it goes for longer without that happening.

Hit retry first, then if it doesn't work click WAN Setup then skip and complete the wizard. Once you are through go to Network Settings > WAN > Network and click apply on the DHCP page, do you get internet then?

Is your PC connected to both ethernet or the R2 & the WiFi? If so disconnect one or the other then try accessing please.

What happens when you access the interface - what does it show? Have you completed the setup wizard?

Generally when that happens go with the place that is mentioned more often so in that case looks like Singapore. Also if you do a traceroute to the IP that may give you an idea as well.

Yes Hybrid VPN should be working fine on the beta. Keep in mind you need a separate VPN subscription from a VPN provider to use it - one that supports OpenVPN.

Do keep in mind some servers may be mislocated, for example I don't think the India server is actually an Indian server.

Good advice above. Connect to the router via ethernet cable to a PC- you won't get internet until you complete the setup wizard. So access the interface in the web browser, then complete the wizard. Once you've done that you can connect wireless devices using the details you set.

Ah I see, if there are no servers in those areas then you won't get a game. If there were then your ping to them may be so high that they block you connecting anyway. You can still try those servers, just make a polygon to cover those countries. I think France, Germany and the Netherlands have decent servers so try those.

Where are you based and where are you trying to force servers? Flushing the cloud forces a re-download of the cloud database so just in case there are any issues or there is a newer version it is a good idea to do it.

Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Are you able to connect a PC via ethernet to the router and then setup that way? When you've completed the setup wizard you can then connect your devices via wifi with the details you've set.

Are you changing the Geo-Filter settings while you're already on the game? If so hard turn off the game/console and then change your settings, flush the cloud, wait 2 minutes and then boot up the console/game and see if you can force easier then.

I think there must be an issue with your email as we only have one email from you dated 30th December (I checked our spam folder) and we replied 4th January and you haven't had that reply.
