  3. Hey, welcome to the forum! You can find firmware progress here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress it's currently listed as planned so it could take quite awhile before that happens.
  4. Hey, welcome to the forum! I'll add your name to the list for when we expand the group.
  5. Interesting, it may be that Chrome is forcing HTTPS to the interface, in which case that could cause some errors, if you force with HTTP it should work on Chrome.
  6. Vaya a la página Información del sistema y luego en el menú del panel Rapp ≡ cambie los reintentos a 5, reinicie desde la interfaz, espere 2 minutos antes de acceder y vea si funciona, por favor.
  7. ¡Hola bienvenido al foro! ¿Puedes aclarar a qué te refieres exactamente? ¿Qué no está funcionando? ¿Cómo tienes la configuración de Geo-Filter?
  8. Try the reset again please, make sure you wait 5 minutes after doing the reset before accessing
  9. We don't give out any ETAs, they are always subject to change, we develop, test, fix, repeat, once it's at a stage where testing has gone well then it can be released. I believe it will be the next app version, I can double check with the dev on Monday. I'm not going out of my way to be vague, that is the only information I have to give you at this current time, sorry if you feel I am treating you with contempt, the R1 not working with that app version was an oversight that will be resolved.
  10. Interesting, resync the cloud from the Device Manager, Geo-Filter and Ping Heatmap then see if it works after that please
  11. It's because you're on the R1, this will be resolved in the next mobile app versions.
  12. We're still improving Auto Setup so it may recommend that from time to time, if it does just apply Congestion Control manually - if you can use another router to handle PPPoE then CC will work correctly. Some browsers force HTTPS, check if your browser does this, then disable it if you can.
  13. Use an incognito window in your web browser instead and see if that works
  14. As far as I know it is fixed in the next version. If you're using Armor disable that, it may slow down the interface. Also ensure you're not forcing a connection to the interface using HTTPS as that will slow it down as well.
  15. Clear your browser cache/cookies then try again please
  16. Yes it's a local site so doesn't need internet to access it, to get internet you have to complete the Setup Wizard. Use 192.168.77.1 instead of dumaos to access.
  17. By accessing the interface where it asks you for the username/password that you put in that previously didn't work for you
  18. You need to complete the Setup Wizard before you're able to get internet
  19. The list of reserved IPs you have there, does that cover all the devices in your home?
  20. You would have changed the login details in the Setup Wizard previously most likely, if you can't remember what they are then you'll need to factory reset. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and you can then use the default credentials to login if prompted.
  21. Have you done a factory reset, that would most likely get it all loading again. It's important to wait a few minutes after a reset/reload so it can all load properly.
  22. Have you previously been through the setup wizard or is this your first time accessing it?
  23. If you refresh the page after that happens it should load correctly, does that work?
  24. That's the router interface, it's not a website, it is local to your router, it cannot be accessed from the internet not even by yourself - only locally. As such it isn't required to use HTTPS, there also isn't any personal information you input on the site so it's perfectly safe.
  25. Hey, welcome to the forum! Are you referring to the forum or the router interface?
