  1. Hello, welcome to the forum! We never give an ETA on releases because they're always subject to change. For example we'll have a new version available and it'll look good going through testing so we could give an ETA then something is found that needs to be fixed, then you have the dev time to resolve it then go through testing again etc.
  2. On devices themselves they will show the router LAN IP as the DNS address, your DNS change does not affect this, however the device will be using the DNS you have set on the router. It is normal and expected behavior.
  3. Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, are other devices having this issue or just the PC? Have you disabled DHCP on the router by any chance?
  4. We're receiving another build this week so we'll test that and it will then depend on how well that goes as to what happens, either we can then prep for release or we/NG will need to fix anything that has found
  5. Todavía no lo hemos hecho, lo he pasado, así que espero que mañana.
  6. We have the capability to do it in house but I believe the reason we don't have it publicly available is down to security.
  7. If you connect directly to the Sky hub and do a speedtest.net test over ethernet and WiFi what do you get? You will likely see speed reductions through the powerlines.
  8. Eso tiene sentido, si puede proporcionar la identificación del servidor, podemos cambiarlo a la ubicación correcta
  9. No not with the R2 unfortunately Great to hear you got it working again!
  10. Your devices will always show the router as the DNS as they're going through the router first unless you've manually changed them, they will be using the DNS you've set on the router
  11. For the R2 or the XR500? For the R2 you'll need to sign up here first https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  12. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  13. There hasn't been an update since the last security update so no not yet.
  14. If you're talking about the update today that's for V2 so if you don't have that one you can ignore it, it was also only changes from NG
  15. No you've done the DMZ, the same IP you put into the DMZ set that as a static/reserved IP on the Sky Hub, it should be in LAN/Device settings on the hub
  16. Bizarre, may have gotten itself into a weird state, glad to hear it's working now!
  17. So I've heard back, make sure you're definitely connected to the XR WiFi, go on the app, double tap the DumaOS logo on the login screen, enable diagnostics, try login, go back and click export. Then provide the file to us and we can debug it.
  18. Is DumaOS Classified Games still enabled and active when doing a speedtest?
  19. Sounds like that could be it, hopefully they resolve it soon!
  20. Set that IP as static on the Sky router as well just to be sure it saves, then you can reboot the Sky hub, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R2 and it will have definitely applied, see if it works better then.
  21. How are you checking the DNS exactly?
  22. Have you done any Traffic Controller rules for the device or put it in the DMZ, port forwarded etc?
