  1. Does that mean you have your ISP modem/router handling PPPoE now? Is the time zone showing correctly now after the reset?
  2. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? For WiFi try these suggestions and see if you get a better experience. Disable Mirror Mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  3. Thank you, it looks like you're using PPPoE is that right? It looks like it's trying to get a connection using PPPoE but is unable to, you could be on to something with the date and that is why it is failing. On the R2 interface if you click the 3 dots top right, then go to advanced and select timezone then select the correct zone and save. You may have to enable/disable DST, once you've got the date showing correctly reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access and see if you have internet please.
  4. Could you click the icon on the log panel instead and download it please as it's very hard to read this
  5. Hello, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, when the disconnect happens are you able to access the router interface? If so please get the log from the System Information page when it happens and that should give us an indication of why it is happening. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to?
  6. I can't see why that would happen, we haven't seen anything like that happen with our testing/reports we've had
  8. As you removed the power the logs will be lost unfortunately. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and that should stop it doing that loading in the future. I would really recommend upgrading to Early Access though!
  9. Unfortunately not, the logs are wiped on a reboot so there won't be any information about the disconnect there. It may be worth signing up for Early Access https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and trying the firmware there once approved to see if you can get more stability.
  10. For the router to determine what game you're playing so it can prioritize effectively it relies on Deep Packet Inspection, to determine network traffic that belongs to a game we have to capture traffic when playing the game. There are so many games out there we cannot realistically do it all ourselves so by reaching out to the community we can get those network captures and support games we may not have previously supported/improve support for games.
  11. Perseguiré a Alex para que haga esto.
  12. Thanks for this, I'll have a look through your tests and get back to you. We are still improving auto setup so it may not always provide the best results.
  13. I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634 and see if it works after that. If you reboot by unplugging the router without having done a software reboot (which acts as a hard save) then it could wipe settings.
  14. Could you provide a log file from the System Information page when the disconnects happen please? That should give me an indication of what may be happening. How often is it occurring?
  15. Interesting, could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?
  16. We're receiving another build this week so we'll test that and it will then depend on how well that goes as to what happens, either we can then prep for release or we/NG will need to fix anything that has found
  17. Todavía no lo hemos hecho, lo he pasado, así que espero que mañana.
  18. If you connect directly to the Sky hub and do a speedtest.net test over ethernet and WiFi what do you get? You will likely see speed reductions through the powerlines.
  19. Eso tiene sentido, si puede proporcionar la identificación del servidor, podemos cambiarlo a la ubicación correcta
  20. For the R2 or the XR500? For the R2 you'll need to sign up here first https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  21. No you've done the DMZ, the same IP you put into the DMZ set that as a static/reserved IP on the Sky Hub, it should be in LAN/Device settings on the hub
  22. Sounds like that could be it, hopefully they resolve it soon!
  23. Set that IP as static on the Sky router as well just to be sure it saves, then you can reboot the Sky hub, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R2 and it will have definitely applied, see if it works better then.
