  1. The Geo-Filter shows it is a server in Bahrain, if the location in your profile is correct I am surprised that you got as low as 90ms to that server. Based on calculating avg ping times between the two countries your ping should be at least 130ms. As to why your ping has suddenly changed this is very likely down to your ISP routing, it's not something I would usually recommend but to test this as you're on PC you could try a program such as ExitLag which modifies the route your traffic takes to the game server - if it is ISP routing that has changed then your ping should go back down again to the same server.
  2. Could you provide the ID of that server please? I can then see if it is a mislocated server or if it is that server
  3. Ahh, the first time you signed up you marked No to owning an R2, so we didn't grant access. I've given you access now, the above link will work now.
  4. In LAN Setting, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  5. If you leave your radius over ME, do you eventually get a game and it is actually over 200ms? Does it actually show on the Geo-Filter over 200ms?
  6. It's possible routing in your country changed, you can try Smart QoS now if you want to, you'll need to sign up here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  7. In theory you should be able to do that yes. I'm not sure in regards to VOIP but toggling the SIP ALG option in WAN Settings if it isn't working may help.
  8. I haven't heard of changing the icon and I'm not aware of any way to do so using the router.
  9. Just to clarify, you connected a switch, do you mean you did sagecom > switch > R2 with no internet or you did sagecom > switch with no internet? Do you see the R2 as a device connected on the sagecom interface?
  10. It'll be a topic with the title "NEW XR1000 Firmware" or something similar and will be pinned to the top
  11. Are you using the basic setup or the advanced setup? If you're using the basic setup you will need to use the advanced setup by obtaining the OpenVPN configuration file for the server you want to connect to from the VPN provider and enter it into advanced setup. If you're using the advanced setup could you provide the configuration file you're using please?
  12. It's possible there is a mislocated server there but have you checked direct to your modem to see if you're able to get close to the ping you used to get? Try putting your location in the ocean and set your Ping Assist to 90ms, if the server is mislocated it should allow you to connect to it.
  13. Looks like the first was due to a Traffic Prio rule and the second PPPoE which we know about, hard to say about the reddit one with more information. I'll see what the team says about your log.
  14. I'll ask Alex to see if he can do it tomorrow
  15. Thanks for your comments, I'll pass it on to marketing as it's something they would have a look at and confer with devs etc
  16. When it factory resets on its own that is usually an indication of a power issue, usually connected to a power extender that multiple other devices are also connected to, or inconsistent power from an outlet or a faulty power adapter. Try direct/other outlets and see if that helps please.
  17. We don't give out any ETAs, there is a new firmware on the way which shouldn't be much longer, no sure if it includes a fix for that or not atm. Just keep an eye out on the Nighthawk Support sub forum here and we'll post it there.
  18. Great thank you very much, the team will take a look.
  19. Have you checked to see if this happens when directly connected to your modem? When it happens do you have access to the R2? If so could you grab the log file from the System Information page please when it next occurs?
  20. If you're concerned with the score then yes you'll need to wait for the fix I mentioned. Otherwise try the other suggestions and see if that helps with the delay - I don't think it's related to your bufferbloat score at all. It's not a case of better hardware in this instance.
  21. It's possible it's losing power on its own, do you have a wall outlet you can plug it directly into or another outlet to try? If that doesn't help do you have a spare power adapter you can use? You would have to contact Netgear/the retailer you purchased from about that, we're just the software partner so can't advise on that. I suspect though given the date of purchase that you may be out of warranty.
  22. Possibly, it is a big change from the previous version so it is worth a try
  23. As in a bug on our side which we'll resolve. That's what I mean, having a good bufferbloat score won't necessarily result in an improved experience if you're experiencing bufferbloat at that time if you see what I mean. For the delay you're talking about people often try forcing servers further away which can help and some try throttling their speeds severely.
  24. No it doesn't work like that, it ensures your connection cannot be saturated i.e. all used up which is when bufferbloat/lag can occur
  25. You don't need to keep updating that list, as it's located on our website, if we make a change you'll see that change. That's why it isn't working, QoS needs to be enabled for the Adblocker to work.
