  1. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  2. I will add that to the list for potential inclusion in the future!
  3. That's great to hear! You shouldn't need to reboot for it to apply, was it set to Always? Was speed test bypass enabled?
  4. The CPU in general, usage should be much better. Could you make a new topic please? Check the CPU usage when you get the latency spike and see if it is similar. The issue will most likely be affecting everyone, it's not available yet but will be this week.
  5. That's awesome to hear, thanks for posting about your experience!
  6. Yes that's correct. As long as you don't factory reset settings will be preserved through the upgrade, except for QoS as QoS has changed on that version
  7. As above, I don't think there are plans to include that at the moment as in theory it shouldn't be needed anymore with SmartBOOST
  8. Do they regain connection again immediately? Although it makes sense so they can get the new IP it shouldn't kick you off immediately, should just get the new IP when it next connects, unless you've disabled DHCP as well?
  9. Thanks for the feedback, more Geo-Filter improvements will be on the way
  10. Have you got Congestion Control set to Always as it should definitely help when that is set. You could also remove streaming as a priority from SmartBOOST
  11. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  12. Have you got the ID for that one? It's likely mislocated on the map
  13. Please do try the above and let us know if that allows you to access. If not reboot, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then try accessing please.
  14. I did actually pass this on to the team to see if they knew why it was happening and based on the information you provided that you didn't do the things I requested we believe it is a bug so we'll be addressing it
  15. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  16. Yes that is correct. You may need to check the upstream modem/router is set to use the same DNS
  17. Ping Assist isn't available on the V2 yet but I believe it will be in the next firmware
  18. I mean how the R3 would be affecting an upstream router like that I don't know, shouldn't be possible. Are there logs on the Sky hub you can look at that indicate what the issue may be?
  19. I think we may have an update this week which improves throughput
  20. There must be something outside your radius being blocked if that's the case, if you provide the IDs or those servers we can get them whitelisted quickly
  21. Yes uploading the file would be fine
  22. We've only just introduced upload QoS to it, the upload Bandwidth Allocation will come in the next version
  23. Okay that's a good sign then, experiment with the percentages until you find that values that work the best for you
  24. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then.
  25. You can post it here that should be fine, thank you!
