  1. If you go on https://speed.measurementlab.net/#/ does it complete the speedtest for you?
  2. What platform are you playing on? How are you connecting to the VPN? How have you setup the Geo-Filter page?
  3. If you check the supplied router you can try to mirror its internet settings onto the XR, in which case that may allow you to get a connection. Otherwise you may just need to keep the supplied router in the setup which isn't the end of the world - it won't really negatively impact you if you put it in modem mode or put the XR in its DMZ
  4. Yes its the user/password you use to login on the web browser. Is Admin with a capital a? By default it is lowercase, maybe that is it?
  5. Just click it then, doing the disable cache checkbox as I mentioned then refreshing the page does the feature then load correctly?
  6. How are you using a VPN with gaming at the moment, are you playing on PC as HybridVPN isn't currently available on the R3. What has changed specifically in your setup during that time? Also that is literally what the Geo-Filter does so you're just adding ping using the VPN in that way
  7. The hardware and settings side of things are on the NG side so we'll not be able to provide great support on this aspect. I can say that the XR700 is just a router so it may not be possible. However, sometimes when connecting this way you'll have to enter PPPoE/VLAN details into the router for it to work. Double check the supplied router internet settings just in case.
  8. Play with the Geo-Filter off for a little while but keep it so you can still see icons on the map and add every server you play on that you want to your allow list. Then after awhile use the Geo-Filter covering the area, do you then get games faster?
  9. You click and hold the browser refresh button and the option should appear underneath it, if not just click the refresh button
  10. Okay so it's not blocking anything. If you do the process then look at the map when it works vs when it doesn't do you notice anything different?
  11. That can't be right, you can reproduce this every single time? Could you have a look at the log, reproduce it and see if you can catch a last minute entry?
  12. Yes IPv6 is on the agenda
  13. Thank you for the report, I will pass it onto the team!
  14. It takes the DumaOS 4 type approach for the mobile app - I think it would be quite hard to allow that re-arranging on a mobile app
  15. Check Network Activity & SmartBOOST when you notice the RGB is still in game mode, does the PS5 show as traffic being used?
  16. Fair enough if that's what you want to do that's totally understandable, firmware shouldn't be far off. What do you see exactly when you try to access the interface?
  17. As you know I don't/can't provide any ETAs, once it is ready it will be made available.
  18. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.
  19. Do try the above but also how do you have Congestion Control/SmartBOOST set?
  20. 1% or less is within normal parameters, do you notice any issues along side it? Is it only in the game you have packet loss?
  21. Interesting, factory reset after .41 and then try - not had anyone else report this. Router doesn't matter when it comes to being banned, it'll likely be the one internet falls into an IP range that is automatically blocked. If you PM me your public IP address on the blocked internet I'll have a look and see if I can unblock it.
  22. If you set RGB Game mode to inactive after you have finished does it stop then? Does it stop if you unplug the PS5 from power/shut it down fully?
  23. Really bizarre, are either devices on a really old software version or the opposite, on a new preview version?
  24. I believe you've already contacted us via email so we can continue there
  25. I'm not sure how many EE customers we actually have on this forum so might be best to also make a post over on their community as I'm sure a few of them will have come from Virgin and provide a good comparison.
