  1. Some servers can be quite difficult to force depending on the time of day, if you try during peak times can you get it more often?
  2. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  3. There will be yes at a later date, we don't have an ETA
  4. Give the router a reboot then disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN and see if that helps. A fix will be in the next version.
  5. Checking NAT on multiple devices it's common for one to be open and the other not. Port forward port 3074 for one device then 3075 for the other device and should both appear open then
  6. Are you checking this on the Geo-Filter? If you cover it with your radius are you able to connect to it? You won't always see it
  7. As well as the above where are you testing, on the router itself or on Ookla for example?
  8. The router will help you connect to the servers/players close to you yes which would keep your ping down
  9. Is it actually showing the ping as having been stabilized? If not then it won't be applying
  10. Priority traffic as in Traffic Prioritization? What rules have you added there? Depending on the traffic that would be normal. What rules have you added? If just a gaming rule when you're not gaming it'll stop prioritizing. It might be if you put your gaming platforms in instant on/standby modes that it's struggling to determine when it is back online. For the interface, are you using Armor? If you clear cache/cookies and reload each page once it should be faster. Also make sure you're accessing using HTTP not HTTPS.
  11. Could you try disabling QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu and see if it works then please?
  12. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  13. Yes it will be fixed in the next version I believe
  14. I think probably the only solution would be reupgrading the firmware or more likely a factory reset unfortunately
  15. You'll need to sign up here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ Then we can get you added
  16. What firmware version are you on currently? It might be worse due to being on an older firmware
  17. Are you still getting an Open NAT in this way or is your NAT affected? UPnP should open what has been requested
  18. As above, the traffic is essentially unviewable by the router, the only way I can see in which it might work was if it was integrated on the router itself. I'll make a request for it!
  19. Yes you don't need to rely on Ping Heatmap - it just shows where servers are and their ping. The Geo-Filter is what gets you the game in that area
  20. That's super weird because it sounds like the PC is actively trying to change its own IP/use another. Is the ethernet adapter set to use automatic?
  21. What about Congestion Control as that's a big part of keeping lag in check
  22. While connected via ethernet, access the interface and disable WiFi entirely from the WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if they appear and if it's more stable from then on.
  23. Sorry not sure what the question is exactly on this? Are you saying the Dubai server from your Ping Heatmap is much higher?
  24. The team are actually looking into this specific VPN provider and making it work with the R3 currently as we can't make it work either
