  1. Either is fine but use the second method as you're having trouble. All you need to do is remote the PPPoE details from the R3 and save. Connect the ISP router to your modem as normal. Connect a LAN port from the ISP router to the R3 WAN port. Check for internet. If you don't have it, reboot the R3 and wait 4 minutes.
  2. The Geo-Filter may be causing a misreading of the NAT, disable it, restart then check the NAT status, if it is Open you can re-enable the Geo-Filter and ignore the moderate reading. The R3 WAN IP should be in the DMZ on your modem. The PS5 IP can be put into the R3 DMZ if you still have NAT moderate but it should not be put in the modem DMZ. That's a very good ping so it's likely the game - this always happen around launch time.
  3. You don't have to do one specific option but if you remove the router from the ISP you'll need to use PPPoE/VLAN on the R3. If you use the ISP router you can just connect the R3 to it and not use PPPoE/VLAN on the R3. Let me know which you're doing and if it then doesn't work.
  4. The app was updated so it should work now, uninstall then re-install the app and see if it works please. Do try the latest R3 firmware in Early Access and see if it resolves those issues please
  5. Click on the device on the Geo-Filter and toggle filtering off or delete the device. Have you disabled DHCP by any chance or made a reserved IP for the console?
  6. Could you provide the log from the troubleshooting page please?
  7. @aneymache you don't have to do one specific option but if you remove the router from the ISP you'll need to use PPPoE/VLAN on the R3. If you use the ISP router you can just connect the R3 to it and not use PPPoE/VLAN on the R3. Let me know which you're doing and if it then doesn't work.
  8. Could you provide a video of what's happening please? Then I can better advise. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes then attempt access please
  9. You only need 3 rules: Port Range Enter 3074 in both left boxes - Enter 3075 in both right boxes TCP/UDP ---- Enter 27000 in both left boxes - Enter 27037 in both right boxes TCP/UDP ---- Port Enter 4380 in both boxes TCP/UDP
  10. Could you try again and see if you see it now please?
  11. Please try the above and let us know how you get on
  12. Connect to it via ethernet and use the default credentials admin / password to login to the interface. You also wouldn't be able to update the router without access to the interface.
  13. Added you both
  14. Was this ID from a server appearing in SA? As it's from the US which would explain your ping. Let me know and I'll get the team to correct it.
  15. Do you have an open NAT with your current configuration? If so then no you don't need to. You can put the console in the DMZ on the R3 if you want to. It won't affect your ping though, what ping were you seeing on the Geo-Filter/in game?
  16. Do you have access from 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1? Otherwise try with /adv_index.htm on the end e.g. routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm
  17. When it's available we'll let people know where they can get it
  18. No worries! There is a newer version in Early Access you can try, but other than that we're testing a new firmware at the moment that should help with that so that'll probably be the next one
  19. When you ping the server it will have a server ID it will be a short alphanumeric string
  20. I think I've mentioned this to you before but the individual services like Valorant etc was done for PC gaming, for consoles it was always that you should add it with the Games Console service. I get it once worked like that but it wasn't intended. It will prioritize the game just as well using the Games Console service. I'll talk to Alex and get his take on it also.
  21. It's unlikely to be a firmware problem: https://support.netduma.com/firmwares/netduma-r3/ Either you're experiencing local congestion which needs to be counteracted, ISP congestion/issues or the servers are misplaced - if you can provide the IDs I can double check. None of these would be solved by earlier firmware.
  22. What do you mean by doesn't respond exactly?
  23. We are looking into that issue for the PPPoE disconnect but I've given you access to try it to try it and see if it is more stable for you
  24. There isn't a way to export/import between the routers - they both have completely different hardware and software
