  1. That test you can ignore, it's testing the ping to an authentication server, it won't impact your game experience at all. Add this list to Adblocker and see if it blocks again please https://netgear-adblocker-workaround.netduma.com/default-list.txt
  2. Is this after a factory reset on that version?
  3. Okay that's fine then, do you know if your connection allows for a lower ping than that? For example if you do a speedtest.net test what ping do you get to your closest server?
  4. The team have asked for remote access please follow these steps: If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect.
  5. I believe they are investigating some similar cases currently so yes I will send this to them, thanks for the logs
  6. Thanks for your feedback - delete the downloaded firmware from your PC, then re-download it, then re-upgrade the router, close the browser tab and wait 4 minutes. Then access and perform a factory reset from the interface, then close the browser tab, wait 4 minutes then access and see if it is any better please.
  7. Have you connected to this Polish server on the Geo-Filter? If so could you provide the ID for it please? It doesn't show on heatmap or the Geo-Filter?
  8. Selecting a game would be for a PC, for a console that's not necessary - okay that's why it wasn't showing a server/game, once in a game you should see it properly. What are the speeds you pay for/achieve? Do you know if your connection allows for a lower ping than that? For example if you do a speedtest.net test what ping do you get to your closest server? Do you have IPv6?
  9. Not sure I'm following with the factory reset? Are you referring to the switch or being unable to downgrade? Yes that's why it took so long to get it to this stage
  10. You're saying forcing a UK server causes your games to get over 200 ping or are you talking about the ping in the xbox network settings? What apps on the phone as well aren't blocking? It won't be able to block every ad out there and if you look on Adblocker at the URLs that are appearing when you're seeing an ad you can then add it to the block list manually.
  11. The XR1000 doesn't have a bridge mode, do you mean it's in AP mode? If so is your setup something like wall/modem > R3 > XR1000? If so then there is no need to prioritize the XR1000 specifically as any devices connected to it will appear as though they are directly connected to the R3 itself and so you can prioritize those specific devices.
  12. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  13. You don't add a game with a console that's normal. Were you actually playing a game on the console when the video was done?
  14. Forget about the light for the moment, that's the least important, can you access the interface even if there are errors? Would you be able to update again for example?
  15. Yes make sure you've done that for every device then disable DHCP
  16. We don't give out any ETAs but we're looking into it currently
  17. We have identified the cause, it's a cloud issue not a firmware issue, we're working to resolve it
  18. Okay that's all good - speed test bypass should be on as well so as long as you're not seeing any prioritized activity at the time the speed test should be as expected
  19. It should do but the issue comes with the cloud supporting different versions of DumaOS, we're looking into it
  20. Double check you've reserved IPs for all the devices on your network then disable DHCP entirely and see if it continues please
  21. Great to hear that, keep us posted!
  22. It could be due to the translation change on the router, we can look into that, thanks for the report
