  1. Best to email us [email protected] for order queries but I can confirm we do have your order. It should ship on Monday, though we can't guarantee delivery by Xmas as it would ship on Monday.
  2. You'll need to do it with all devices connected
  3. Here is a guide on how to use the Geo-Filter: https://support.netduma.com/docs/dumaos-3/geo-filter/ They're clamping down on people using VPNs so you may not get those servers when using one.
  4. Are you using PPPoE/VLAN or DHCP identifiers to get a connection by any chance?
  5. Set to 100% is fine and you can still do that on the R3. Yeah if you would have disabled it like that nothing on that page would have worked. I can pass it along. The whole point of SmartBOOST though and the upcoming features is that you don't need to tweak as much.
  6. I don't think we provide any additional information other than how a feature works for the user really. It'll be out sooner than you think!
  7. The latest available non Early Access version is .290, there will be a new update soon though
  8. Can you provide a screenshot of the DHCP settings/reservations please?
  9. The point of the feature is to prevent lag like the situation you mentioned, it does this by preventing your connection being saturated by lowering your speeds. Set it to 70% for download/upload and see if the issue occurs.
  10. The router is to a certain extent a personal thing, settings that work for one person may not work for another. I can give you general advice but it would be just that, general. It may not work very well for you that way. It is better to look through the guides and know how it works so that you can configure it yourself - it's better to learn about it rather than be told so you know how to tweak it. I don't speak French and so I wouldn't know what a good translation sounds like.
  11. How do you have the QoS page setup?
  12. How did you disable QoS on it in that scenario?
  13. I really can't give you a satisfying answer, it depends how popular the game is, whether we need to test in addition to the captures, the workload of the person who does it etc. It can lag behind, I do my best to nudge along to keep it ticking.
  14. Barring any major issues you will see it very soon. I will add those to our request lists. More so this but doesn't ask and does it automatically.
  15. Make sure you set the static/reserved IPs outside the range as well, just changing the range won't do anything without doing that step too
  16. Go here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/153-xr1000-beta-forum/ and install the firmware from the topic posted there
  17. In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  18. No you don't need to do that, just reboot the XR, wait 4 minutes then see if it is any better
  19. I think you got the logs from in settings, could you get it from the System Information page instead please and after it happens, before a reboot/reset
  20. The IP address of the XR the linksys has given it is 192.168.1.230 all you need to do is put that number in for the XR in DHCP reservations
  21. I'm wanting to ascertain when you got the logs - if you got them after a reboot or factory reset they won't have any useful information in. I need them after the issue but prior to a reboot or reset
  22. DHCP Reservations, that's what you want, you should be able to do it from there now following the previous instructions
  23. Did you reboot before getting these logs? Did you get the logs directly after the issue happened?
