BENORMOUS Posted April 16, 2017 Share Posted April 16, 2017 Can't believe I've had a notice of enforcement put on my Xbox account,I've no idea why this has happened but something tells me it's from yesterday,I played a game of battlefield 1 conquest argon forest and was up against a 5 man party on the other team all similar GTs,I went 71/13 using the shotgun and I got a msg from all 5 of them giving me grief saying I was hacking lol,jumped on this morning and was greated with the enforcement msg from xbox live,they clearly reported me for cheating or something,has anyone ever experienced anything like this as I've never had it before? On PSN I have reported people using glitches and included video footage proving it and the culprits have had a 10 day ban but never heard of people getting anything like that for "Playing well" Sounds like there are some seriously salty losers there mate. The only thing I can think is that if a certain amount of people report you it raises a flag and "should" be looked into but it hasn't and you have just been ban hammered. Best to set your privacy settings to friends only for communication so you can't be accused of anything. I think then the system ignores it. I am on PS4, never got a notice of enforcement but also mainly only play IW, not sure if that matters. I do however often get accused of hacking, cheating, modding and my favorite is aim botting. I usually just take this as a compliment and try to get any in game comments recorded cause I kind of love the compliments, LOL. Highest compliment someone can pay you is to call you a cheater if your not cheating. Did the notice of enforcement penalize you or was it just telling you that you are being reported. You can actually visit your XBOX account and see how many reports you get. Unfortunately, I don't think you can do that on PS4. My understanding is they do get investigated but nothing will happen unless they find out you are doing something against games TOS. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If it was for hacking or any of that sort of thing then it would be a proper ban and you wouldn't be able to play any games. It'll be one of those groups that invited you into a party to give you grief or a msg. I've not got much faith in Microsoft but I don't believe they ban people just because a certain number of people report someone.
