Agreed. It was choppy for the first day or two, but it got better.

Ppl don realize BO3 was created with the PS4 in mind, and it still had issues. Plenty of issues. So to sit there and criticize the X1 beta is premature and shows how much you (most) are uninformed.

Hell, I didn't care about the problems with the codes and the access.  That was practically a GIVEN considering how fragmented the information was leading up to the launch itself.  I'm more concerned with the connection.  Or lack there of....

What some folks will learn as they get further into their NetDuma lives is that there have been several senior and very technical minded members who have been testing and reporting problems on the Seattle Dedicated server bank since very early on in Advanced Warfare's life cycle.

I've been following the threads and the tests because I live within a stone's throw of the Seattle Dedicated bank.  I played a ton of hours on those same servers for the BO3 Beta on XB1 and the early reports from AW were correct.  Even with a good, solid ping to the Seattle bank, there were numerous issues during the entire Beta, and I played all fives days.

The connection did get better after one of the two Friday patches, and there were other patches that happened Sat and Sun, but that didn't make my concerns for an entire year's worth of gaming go away.

I hope they have a Silver Bullet for the issues we have seen on the dedicated banks and that everything will be picture perfect on Day 1.

I just don't plan on betting money on it.   ;)

I didn't get to enjoy NETDUMA during BO3 beta, but I did have quality games. Lots of them. My nearest dedi hub is in Atlanta, around 350 miles away.

Playing on said dedi hub on BO2 has been mixed feelings with NETDUMA. Not consistent as I'd like.

I'm pretty much the only person In my house who uses the internet. Would this anti jitter and spike help me also? Or is this anti jitter and spike only useful for people who have others streaming videos and downloading porn on their network?

It would help if you're doing something at the same time, checking your phone, browsing the internet, listening to YouTube etc when playing, these can all cause little spikes that could be the difference between a kill or being killed.

When this update is released, won't it essentially make anti flood unnecessary?

When it is ready, no time frame at the moment. It will react accordingly so you shouldn't need to change it at all.

I'm not sure if this is in response to me as I wasn't asking for a timeframe.  I was just wanting to know since you would be able to max out your bandwidth and it won't cause any additional latency, jitter or spikes, does that eliminate the need for the anti flood?
