Does it complete a Connection Benchmark at all? If not then the error makes sense. What happens if you force the update?

It's possible we've put out a bad cloud update so I'm going to get the team to revert to the previous version on Tuesday to see if that helps.

I believe so, I've not been able to check in with the team yet but it seems to be improved, give the router a reboot then resync the cloud and see if it is working please.

I've been on the old version of the software for a while as the new ones give a lot of problems, I've had the problem with the "raps" in the geofilter for two days, I turned it off, disconnected the power, tried all types of logins in the router without obtaining results , xr500 version v2.3.2.134rc10

We can't really troubleshoot old firmware as it's old and won't have as many fixes, best to upgrade, what are the issues you're having on the new ones exactly?

e niente le ultime versioni mi danno sempre questo maledetto errore, impossibile da sistemare, faccio il reset quindi il giorno dopo torna(on hybrid vpn)
