They wont update it on a regular basis, making it so we can't find games consistently. Keep in mind we PAID A LOT OF MONEY for this "PREMIUM" routers. The servers are stacked on top of each other, taking out the whole point of geo fencing servers. This not only happens in Warzone it also happens in Fortnite and god knows which other games. WE NEED CONSTANT SUPPORT BECAUSE THE ROUTERS ARE SUPER EXPENSIVE AND THIS PROBLEM BEEN HERE SINCE FOREVEVER. When you check the IP adresses in the Geo Filter the location don't make sense, And the closest servers get blocked because of this problem. YOU NEED TO HAVE SOMEONE ON A PAYROLL THAT CAN BE ON TOP OF THIS ISSUE. And I forgot to mention in the video that the Sync Cloud option crashes the whole router. Imagine paying 800 bucks for a router that wont work unless you do a super deep research just to find out that someone at Netduma wont update netduma.mp4 server locations. Trying to find aliens is easier to do than making the router work as intended. Waka4412 Posted May 4, 2021 Share Posted May 4, 2021 I have a x300 and the whole software is a mess, so many bugs. I have to restart the router everyday and to reset every week. Otherwise every online games run like sh... They are probably working already on the Netduma R3 and have no resources to fix stuff. Wayne Posted May 4, 2021 Share Posted May 4, 2021 I believe that activision changes their servers quite frequently, and Netduma is supposedly working on a tool that updates the cloud automatically and more frequently, when it will be released? who knows. I agree that that routers are indeed expensive for something that isnt a finished product, however I do believe that netduma staff are doing their best to provide us with accurate information. I wish they would give us a list of all of the servers IP's, when I use other programs such as exitlag, haste, nolag, wtffast they have no issues with the servers being updated so I'm just left a little confused. A few months ago we went from showing 80 active servers in and 12 failed in the ping heatmap to now having LESS than 35 servers, and still 15 failed. I would also like to connect to servers in the clusters without having to deny a ton of servers to get to the server I want. I'm interested to see what comes from this. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 4, 2021 Administrators Share Posted May 4, 2021 Servers not appearing on Ping Heatmap won't affect the Geo-Filter in anyway so if X server isn't appearing there it will still be possible to connect to it on the Geo-Filter. Servers are generally clustered in one location, now when they're correctly located it's not too much of a problem as it will be a good ping regardless but I do get your point, when there is a rogue server in there that shouldn't be that can force you onto a higher ping server. We have been developing tools behind the scenes to improve our detection, classification and locations and so we're experimenting with this now so it will result in more accurate and faster updates. If you find that you're getting connected to it, you could manually deny it so you won't connect to it again. This will be a temporary workaround until we can locate them better. Originsjuega Posted May 6, 2021 Author Share Posted May 6, 2021 that's not only the problem I have set ping assist to 35 there is currently 4 servers that get me that ping (23-35), why cant I find games quicker????? there is 2 Miami servers, one in Georgia, and the Canada server. If I don't use ping assist I cant get into games because my radius is in FL. I'm trying to recommend the router to my 50k subs on YT but I cant seem to make it work, and I have been using it for 5+ month. As of now Haste helps me find a game within 3-4 mins. If I don't use haste I get stuck on searching for a match. Its a shame that a thing like this makes it frustrating when I have to play live and I'm just sitting on queue. Are you seeing anything being blocked outside the radius when you're trying to search for a game? When I play with people from Peru, Puerto Rico, and Colombia they always get in the Miami server. And we insta queue. Originsjuega Posted May 7, 2021 Author Share Posted May 7, 2021 (edited) Based on this test, that server showing on NY is a server from Miami, in the Ping heatmap shows 2 servers in Miami and they are no where to be seen on the Geo Filter, AND because there is no way I'm getting 23 ping in NY when the other one in NY gets me 60-70. I want to be able to fence it so I don't have to use ping assist. Either way I'm struggling when I try to find games, I basically sit on queue for 5+ minutes when ping assist should be allowing any server below 35 ping. 2 servers in Miami , 1 in Georgia servers.mp4 Edited May 7, 2021 by Originsjuega forgot to say something Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
