Ok i Download the pingplotter and i Test Pingplotter. And i send you a Screenshot of Ping Assist do Not working. I Test the Ping Assist and Ping Assist give you games with high quality and low Ping But mi Ping Assist do Not work Only on 1 Day it works well. To fix this, we need to downgrade and then upgrade your firmware. DOWNGRADE to the previous firmware: https://kb.netgear.com/000060127/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-3-2-32 Now UPGRADE to the current firmware: https://kb.netgear.com/000060464/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-3-2-40 Once that's done, try this: Set your home to the middle of the ocean Reduce your radius so it's tiny Put ping assist to your desired level (maybe 50?) Sometimes my Router Start again from their selve. And it kicks me out in the middle off my Game. Do you have new Information about a new Update ? The most common cause for that is overheating which is plausible given it is summer. And the router is in the same place where my old router stand and my old router has never started by itself. Whether it was summer or not in our apartment, it is cool.
