Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 21, 2018 Administrators Share Posted December 21, 2018 Can you first try clearing the browser cache/cookies please and try again. If that doesn't work remove everything in the URL after 192.168.88.1 and try please

Done the above, If you CMD ipconfig /all it shows 192.168.88.1 as the default gateway and he gets internet but no GUI. He cleared the DNS / IP etc with CMD and cleared the browser cache and used many different browsers.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 21, 2018 Administrators Share Posted December 21, 2018 Thanks for the extra info Zennon. Not seen this error before. When you previously used it you had no issues at all? When you last used it was there anything of note that may have occurred? Likewise in the time where you weren't using it was there a power outage or anything like that?
progprogprog
Hi Fraser To be fair I have suffered with r1 for a while now in terms of it rebooting it's self randomly for several years on and off. But resently it has been worse so I unplugged the cables apart from the power cable for a couple of days.then went to use it and it has internet but no geo! Like zennon we have been through everything possible but no luck.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 21, 2018 Administrators Share Posted December 21, 2018 Okay can you unplug the router from the power for 24 hours please, that sometimes helps to give it time to clear and then try again.

Administrators Netduma Admin Posted December 24, 2018 Administrators Share Posted December 24, 2018 Sorry to hear this has happened. Given you have tried everything I think we'll need to take this to email. Could you drop us an email at [email protected] and we'll take it from there (include a link to this thread please). Thanks @Zennon for trying to find a fix.
