I cant seem to ever get on a UK dedicated server on Black ops 4, should this be fixed with a cloud update?  just wondering if im doing something wrong.  All i seem to connect to are servers in Europe.

There are servers within the UK already, if you're already connecting to other servers then I would instead adjust your settings to block all but the UK.

Here we are 2 months after release with no cloud update. The game only has a 12 month life cycle. If this is the way your company handles new game releases, then you are intentionally stunting your growth. I suggest you guys figure something out to progress the updates faster as it is unacceptable by your customers.

Thank you for the feedback, the cloud system is being overhauled on our end which will make it easier in future

Still no ping assist update for Xr500/700 and cloud update. Game been out for 2 months. The longer we wait I dont think ppl will care about this game anymore.
