You know the drill...

We can't diagnose anything without info and details of your setup and settings - screenshots if necessary/easier.

If your voice is lagging then you should definitely check your line is good too.

From my experience that comes from packet loss, or from a bad chat server. Although I believe on Xbox and PS the chat serer is the person who created the party chat.

chat ports 9307 and 9308 for ps4 if that is what you have. with such limited info you have given it is hard to solve your issue!

Click 'more reply options'

Then 'Choose file'

'Attach this file'

'Add to post'.

I think that's all the steps.

Try this. Take your screenshots, load this forum page in desktop mode via the menu, then scroll down to find the add attachment buttons. I use it all the time :)

I have done that but the picture never uploads

If you upload the screenshots to an image sharing site, such as Imgur, or take the screenshot using Gyazo, you could then provide us with a link to that screenshot rather than uploading it here. Please let me know if this works, I believe it should :)

https://imgur.com/gallery/Q6nNware these signals even good. Cause im having horrible and inconsistent connections for any game online.

These pages don't include anything that could improve your game connection. Ping is what you need to focus on to get better gameplay, and NAT / Ports are what you need to focus on for party chat issues. Channels are only worth focusing on if your Wi-Fi keeps dropping out.

If you tell us your in-game ping, your base ping (shown by the Netduma Internet Diagnostics), and find out whether you're getting spikes or jitter, that would be a step in the right direction. You could run a Pingplotter test for half an hour and post a screenshot of that to find out if your equipment is causing your gameplay to suffer.

Ping test https://imgur.com/gallery/NZyMwthese are my stats from the netduma. I do get an open nat all the time. Yet im always having issues ever since i moved into a new apartment complex.

These results seem fantastic. If you could record how your gameplay looks and let us know your in-game ping we could see if there's anything to be done.

Other players lagging will likely be what you are experiencing - the CoD servers are not exactly perfect, players from across the world are able to connect to the servers so they can bring the whole experience down. The issues are on the game developers side - the Geo-Filter is likely doing all it can.

Is it common for another player to lag a lot?

That depends - other players can manipulate the network (and should be reported if you think they are). Individual players appearing to be particularly laggy are relatively common depending on how the lag compensation deals with them, but so long as your ping to the host is good the other players in the game should be great to play against.
