nsession
Hi: My NetDuma cannot connect to the internet (wifi or hardwired). When I tested a Netgear Nighthawk X4S it was able to connect to the internet both wifi and hardwired. I have been in contact with someone from NetDuma via email, but I figured I would use the forum. While connected via Ethernet, I am able to connect to the Netduma interface. WAN settings currently are: WAN MAC Address - Disabled WAN VLAN - Disabled IPv6 - Enabled MTU - Enabled PPPoE - Disabled WAN IP - Disabled Any help would be greatly appreciated !!! Hey, welcome to the forum! First off could you tell us your setup? If it's Modem -> Netduma -> All Devices, do you know if you require PPPoE? Is your Modem an ONT? If you follow the setup guide, connecting the Netduma port 1 to port 1 of your Modem, and connecting the Netduma wired to a PC, can you access the interface or the Internet? Is your Modem in Modem Mode (or the WiFi is disabled on it)?
nsession
I did attempt to restart my modem after the Netduma was plugged in. That did not work either.
nsession
Yes. My setup is Modem -> Netduma -> All devices. I do not need PPPoE connection. My modem doesn't support that regardless. How can I tell if my Modem is an ONT ? Yes, if I connect Netduma port 1 to port 1 of modem, and connect the Netduma wired to a PC i can access the interface to the internet. Yes, the wifi is disabled on my Modem.
