WOW,that is some serious jitter,I guess I'll quit complaining about my line... I would definitely find out about your hub like Z said if it has the Intel Puma 6 chipset your line is always gonna be bad.As soon as I got a different modem without it my line is a lot more stable, still not ideal but 100 times better than it was. And not sure how the customer support is across the pond but seems to me if you run plots for a week 2 times a day and show the results to a tech he would look into the issue for you as results like that are hard to dispute.It doesn't work that way here but you guys have a lot better quality ISP's than we do. But would definitely get some plots and call your ISP and remove your duma before they show up as they love to blame the issue on your "third party router"
