I can't see it clearly, is it definitely not the final hop? If it isn't the final hop then you're right and it's nothing to worry about. If it is the final hop, there is definitely a problem. If that's the final hop then you have a problem. It looks like you have a jittery line too. You can throttle as much as you want, it won't make any difference to the game. Kinda need to see the entire screen to tell you what's going on here. However, I do notice sometimes if you ping multiple targets the duma begins dropping ping packets but it still works fine.
