So I just got a message popup on blackops 3 , apparently the new DLC weapons are available from the black market.
Has anyone unlocked any?
Will you be buying points to try and get one?

I personally wont be , already spent roughly 300.00$ on shit from the blackmarket dealer (For fun mainly)
I've only received the wrench , the sword does look pretty neat though

Anyways , if you get any of the new weapons , post here and let us know how it is :)

does this mean u have 2 have dlc and spend your crpto keys or can any1 get it in black market

Anyone can get them , but you practically have to buy shitty COD points or you have no chance.

The chance of getting one of these weapons is slim to none

Seriously guys? You spend real money in Black Market ?

Supporting activision's microtransaction bullshit is bad honestly , but if you enjoy the game and work hard for your money then feel free to spend it on what you like :)

RNG Bullshit is killing games and makes the word "competitive" a complete and utter joke.

RNG = P2W if you can buy a chance to win something better. It's also legalized gambling for underaged children, too, but nobody makes the connection until parents get a $1000 bill from Activision on their monthly credit card statement.

I'm not gonna lie. I bought Advanced Supply Drops in AW because, I, too, have disposable income, and I got the weapon variants I wanted, ironically. However, I am also an adult and know when to say "Stop!" That's the difference between me and 12-year old Johnny whose using his parent's credit card without their knowledge. Activision should be ashamed of themselves for promoting gambling to children, but it is what it is.

Also, this RNG, unlock crap is a sign game devs have become the laziest mother humpers on the planet. If they're games were as good as their marketing budget proclaims, they wouldn't need to put things behind paywalls, or challenge walls. I grew up with games giving you everything at the start, yet I never once got "bored", and also played the games over and over because *gasp* they were fun with what the devs gave us in the first few hours. The sad thing is the millennials honestly think a game is "boring" if you don't unlock anything and RNG is "fair" since everybody has a *chance* to win the same things even if they odds are stacked against them. That's fucked up and reeks of Participation Trophy mentality many of them have been raised under. Grrr. Get off my lawn you noisy kids! ;)

RNG has been in games since games began.

Roll of the dice? RNG.

Crowbar, 2h Sword, and brass knuckles so far.

Clearly RNG loves me.

Now, demanding they make them challenge based and NOT random is expecting it to be a freebie.

You know what the easiest solution is? Don't spend any money. Stop playing. Go find another game and ignore everything Activision does. Unlike this "participation trophy" mentality of "if i CRY ENOUGH they'll just give it to me".

Ive spent just under £100 on cod points, managed to get the butterfly knife, brass knuckles and the wrench all from 1 lot of 5000 cod points. I bought the last lot when the latest dlc came out and i managed to get the crossbow and some really nice specialist outfits. I know its a con and all that but I really like the game and my dissposable cash would just go on some other random bullshit either way. I just wish it would play a bit more constistantly. It seems that every time I play the game its different, and not in a good way. Thank God we have the Duma :P

Its called disposable income.

Some of us have it. :)

Yes, but those of us who are smart spend it on things that actually have and will retain some tangible value after a period of time e.g. gaming hardware, home improvements, car improvements, etc. All of this digital crap is worthless the minute the next game comes out which will be in nine months. If you want to throw away your money, be my guest...

I'm totally against buying any of this bullshit. It cheapens the game and overall experience. There is most likely zero chance this will ever go away, especially considering the amount of people who are spending $ on it. I was disappointed when Treyarch sold out. It's a bitch move.

I hate supply drop weapons, especially when I get killed by a damn crowbar from 15ft away.

They are way to OP.

And like others have said, people shouldn't have an advantage just because they spend more money than me in-game.

Guys i don't even think this is the tip of the iceberg yet in terms of the amount of bullshit they are going to do, its only going to get worse as the year goes on. As a company activision are only worth 19 billion dollars, have a heart people cod sales are down and they need da monies micro transactions bring in..... :P

I don't mind purely cosmetic micro DLC... Even though it should be available through challenges... Since that doesn't unbalance the game in any way.

What CoD has turned into is P2W in every sense of the word.

I realize it's not just CoD, but almost every game... Even SP games... Now have a form of P2W in them and this is something that isn't going away, unfortunately.

The biggest "insult" to those of us on a budget and/or savvy consumers is we willingly will pay full retail price, and/or even more if we want a deluxe edition... Yet that still isn't enough for these greedy publishers & devs, or else Micro DLC would not exist. Gone are the days when a game shipped 100% "complete" I am afraid...
