Allow remote access to Netduma tech support is 100% Ticked When trying to add my Netduma to DMZ I get the error:IP is not in the same network as the gateway 10.0.0.138 I am using IP 192.168.88.1 for the Netdume You need to put the WAN IP from the device manager into the ISP hub DMZ section. im currently running on the older version and it kicks me out of bad games instead on not matching me with them. i do trials carries so thats not good for me lol. I'll try to open the ports but this ISP router doesn't support port ranges so it may take a while. Could disabling the router's firewall help? Rallymen007 Posted March 9, 2016 Share Posted March 9, 2016 Okay so I just slapped myself hard in the face for forgetting the most basic rule of computing™: when in doubt, reboot (which sounds better in french but yeah, don't forget that guys, seriously). I rebooted all my 3 routers and it seems to work, at least if I enable access to the NETDUMA control panel from WAN and go check using my phone's 4G it shows up as expected.
