I would like to upgrade to .6.  I currently have 1.03.3.

I have remote access checked.  I also have Asus RT-AC66R which I have to run in Access Point Mode to enable running with NetDuma router.  I use an Xbox One for gaming.

I saw that I might have to put my Asus into the DMZ, but that option is not available when its in Access Point Mode.

Please help.

my browse button doesnt work... Anyone else experience this problem?

What web browser are you using? Recommend Chrome/Firefox.

Allow remote access to Netduma tech support is 100% Ticked

When trying to add my Netduma to DMZ I get the error:IP is not in the same network as the gateway 10.0.0.138

I am using IP 192.168.88.1 for the Netdume

You need to put the WAN IP from the device manager into the ISP hub DMZ section.

Have you been cleared to upgrade? I would recommend you do if you have, otherwise let me know and we can check your router.

Okay, I don't understand why this didn't work though. I'll try to open the ports but this ISP router doesn't support port ranges so it may take a while. Could disabling the router's firewall help?

If you could specify a smaller range that'd be perfect, and if you need anything from me feel free to hit me on Twitter @rallymen007

So confused. I'm on version 1.03.4, and I need to post here to get 3.5, then upgrade to 3.6?

Post here and make sure you have remote/tech support ticked under Misc.  Fraser (or others) will move you up to 3.5.  At that point they will post here, quoting your initial requestand then you will upgrade to 3.6g

Ok, right. It's ticketed.

Okay so I just slapped myself hard in the face for forgetting the most basic rule of computing™:

when in doubt, reboot

(which sounds better in french but yeah, don't forget that guys, seriously).

I rebooted all my 3 routers and it seems to work, at least if I enable access to the NETDUMA control panel from WAN and go check using my phone's 4G it shows up as expected.

Would be so keen as to try again now that I've realized I was stupid? Thanks a lot
