Hey guys,

Love the router. Haven't upgraded it in a little while and I'm running 1.03.4. Under settings I've allowed for remote access to Netduma Tech Support because I saw that I needed to get your help before upgrading.

Can I just quickly ask if there is just one version of 1.03.5, might seem stupid but I'm prepping to go to .6 soon and want to know it's safe to jump?

You'll be on .5m and you're fine to upgrade.

Do i need to worry if i have the 1.03.6g?

No you're fine :)

Can you recheck, everything was set up correctly.

My cable modem is in bridge mode. The ethernet cable is connected from my cable modem to the PoE port on the Netduma. So the Netduma is connected directly by ISP. It should get its IP address from the ISP's DHCP server.

"Allow remote access to Netduma tech support." is ticked in Settings > Miscellaneous.

Fraser,

I've plugged directly into the router, good to go.

Will need to unplug from router approx 4pm GMT.

Edit: Its 5pm gmt, I can't leave it plugged directly into the router in the evening.

Sorry couldn't check sooner, will try again tomorrow.
