Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 1, 2016 Author Administrators Share Posted March 1, 2016 Can I just quickly ask if there is just one version of 1.03.5, might seem stupid but I'm prepping to go to .6 soon and want to know it's safe to jump? You'll be on .5m and you're fine to upgrade. Do i need to worry if i have the 1.03.6g? No you're fine

calmdonut
We could not access your router. Please ensure the R1 is in the DMZ of your ISP hub and remote support is definitely ticked in settings > miscellaneous. Can you recheck, everything was set up correctly. My cable modem is in bridge mode. The ethernet cable is connected from my cable modem to the PoE port on the Netduma. So the Netduma is connected directly by ISP. It should get its IP address from the ISP's DHCP server. "Allow remote access to Netduma tech support." is ticked in Settings > Miscellaneous.
