  1. @DerlandesYeah that can happen it because the first response it gets from the server it’ll connect to it if it matches the ping that just the way it was designed an so it flawed in certain occasions. That why if you know your area properly it best to just set it to 0 and make your custom geofilter….
  2. @DerlandesWell if it finds a server with the ping you've set it going to connect to it that how ping assist works it will not follow the geofilter rules it'll go outside of them that why to force an area you set it to 0 however finding servers below 20ms is not bad though if you can get better then you use whatever you deem more useful
  3. @DerlandesDo you live around that area? If you do not you can't force a server out of your region technically it possible though you'll be waiting ages that why you use a hybrid vpn though that not available on the XR1000 currently Also depends on your settings are you using ping assist if so disable it by having it as 0 to force servers
  4. @Paulo_81To answer your question sometimes they can host though it is not common Well yes they are mostly all dedicated though in certain scenarios there host based I don't necessarily know why but my best guess is that they're being cheapskates this is also something that happens in every cod though it is extremely rare ...the only exception would be if you play zombies were there just host based/P2P.
  5. That might be the players being blocked though there should be a host somewhere and it might be out of range….what game are you using the geo on?
  6. @qLoftyYour probably using a vpn that would be the only case were location wouldn't be verifiable certain sites tracks such uses and therefore you must disable it temporally that if they originally knew your location to your account it somewhat like google they find it suspicious for obvious reasons.
  7. @Netduma FraserI think I've found a bug with Ping Heatmap as you can see in the logs I did make a resync however I am still getting an error of something called watchdog however it functions perfectly fine so there must be something it having an issue receiving PING HEATMAP ERROR #3.txt PING HEATMAP ERROR #2.txt
  8. @AZXI don't personally blame you either 😂 I just try to be specific by showcasing footage so it easier to understand and therefore they look into the reason for why it not functioning the way it should and it be fixed. Though it is frustrating having functions that should be working in the first place not work the way they should especially if you pay for premium hardware and the software doesn't operate with the hardware etc.
  9. @Fuzy@boss_chief_phYou don’t necessarily need to buy an expensive router you can go with an used one in the market like XR500 which are common to find at a low price and would be a way better upgrade than running that potato R1 in this generation of hardware it just completely outdated unless your wired.
  10. @Tur8oWarzone is a cheat fest not gonna cap and I wouldn't be surprised if there report system was as sensitive as fly though you could mass report a dude in an old cod and they don't get banned irony at it finest even though records are tracked through all cods by activison across games. In short they only support they're current live service games and anything to do with the money milker warzone that just spams micro transactions which give you easier lobbies in short paid to win and this ins't a sentiment only coming from me but from several old vets that been playing cod you even have e sport players abandoning it do to how toxic the games become over the years.
  11. @Tur8o Bud if your getting banned often it pretty clear why your either associated with a cheater or your one yourself and are lying if you want go dispute the claims with whoever banned you your welcome to do so...to add if you bought your hardware from a third party seller that can be your issue as hardware bans are a thing nowadays.
  12. @Peace74You can possibly refresh the dhcp and that might work you just click save under dhcp on the R2 interference should be on settings
  13. @Peace74So it was connected and you rebooted and still no access if so then try rebooting the R2 by unplugging it or power cycling from interference
  14. Another thing to add there should be a list of bugs/issues found for every router so it be more clear to everyone exactly what needs to be fixed and it lets everyone be aware of the problem so they don't have to repeat themselves over the same topic.
  15. @Peace74Did you reboot the modem after connecting it to the R2?
  16. @Kingzzy@MonirHusseinIf you were to be shadow banned you would get banned for obvious reasons though there could be a possibility that it was a mistake by they’re anti cheat system. To dispute a ban you would have to contact activision and hope for the best if you were wrongly banned that is…
  17. @MonirHusseinJust increase the ping assist slider to whatever your minimum ping to servers are and set your circle in the ocean as for it to find low ping servers only based on that certain ping that your capable of getting in your area
  18. @Netduma FraserDoesn't seem like I am the only one who's had this issue from my research I found some links related to this same issue...I am just putting out there just to let you know of the issue found on this particular case https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-Routers/xr1000-not-limiting-upload-to-device/td-p/2236260 https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39774-xr1000-bandwidth-allocation-limiting-upload-speed-not-working/ https://www.reddit.com/r/NETGEAR/comments/11ln1s2/my_experience_with_xr1000_after_using_it_for_a/?rdt=39816
  19. Feel the same way I think it'd be more efficient if there was a road map showcasing what expected to be added and for it to be focused on one router at a time instead of several at a time as such every firmware should be more stable since it has all the focus put into it.
  20. @gearsniper550Are you losing internet from the modem or router? If it from the router it might be the dhcp you can refresh it by clicking save and you should regain access you can also increase dhcp hours so it doesn't occur often it this is the issue in your case. Though I would give a log as it helps understand the issue more clearly in certain cases.
  21. @l2eactionz As for the first question your findings will be shown of whether maxing your mtu is the cause of your affect or not that the reason you need to max out the mtu in the settings in order for you to see all different size packets fragments etc That depend whether your ISP is using dhcp or ppoe you've stated before you were using DHCP so you don't need to subtract 28-8 you actually add 28 to whatever you found to be your mtu optimal in the router As for PPOE it a bit different I am not technical using the ppoe so your going to have to search the differences and there are certain mtu depending in your area that can go higher than 1500 though that is extremely rare I used this for my guide it may differ but I think it explain it better than I would https://www.dwthacker.com/finding-and-setting-mtu-on-mac
  22. @SSWaltersIIDo you have the ad block list? I would assume you do not if so add it manually since as of currently that the only method currently waiting for next firmware to see whether it included but as of now it not added automatically. There a link below which should show you how to set it up https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000133055-using-adblocker-on-xr1000
  23. @l2eactionz I would firstly figure out if it an ISP/line issue by using a tool called ping plotter or using an alternative that diagnoses the network https://www.pingplotter.com/ As for MTU if you believe it maybe causing issues here short vid on how to find the optimal mtu https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2rOWgGuHBo Set up qos properly it not going to be the exact same from your original qos you have to set it manually and find what gives you the least buffer
  24. @Netduma FraserI also tried disabling OFDMA no changes as shown on footage 1693783895945683.mp4
  25. @Netduma FraserAs for OFDMA are you referring to AX if so it is enabled by default but for ofdma as selected individually it is not...As for enabling Smart Connect Same thing occurs no changes
