  1. OK, I've reflashed it now for you. If you could now access the interface and complete the setup wizard, you can then upgrade back to 3.2. Then monitor to see if the problem re-occurs. You'll need to re-enable remote access to tech support again in case we need to setup remote logging again. Let me know how you get on.
  2. Yeah, the process of us manually reflashing the R2 from the backend is much more granular than a regular factory reset. It's essentially what we do when we're preparing a brand new R2 to be sent out in an order. Let me know if you'd like to try that.
  3. Can you provide a couple full page screenshots, ensuring you show Congestion Control in it's entirety as well as Traffic Prioritisation? This will help us see if there's anything else we could be missing here.
  4. Welcome to the forum! Are you able to get to the R2's interface if you connect your Macbook directly to one of the yellow LAN ports on the back of the R2? If so, can you please let us know the make and model of the switch you have?
  5. Sure thing. Go to QoS and scroll down to Traffic Prioritisation Click Add Rule Select your PC From the services, select Games Console Now disable the other Traffic Prioritisation rules you have Play a few matches and see how it feels.
  6. Could you instead please try adding a new custom rule for the PC, and select Games Console as the service? After that, disable all other rules and test it again.
  7. Sometimes you'll need to clear your browser's cache after this, as the browser may have cached the page with all the old devices on it. There isn't a way to only remove devices without static IPs as yet, though as a workaround you could configure a static IP on the device itself, rather than on the router. Then when they connect to the router they'll always have the same IP as long as it's available.
  8. Welcome to the forum! So to clarify, you have a server that runs some game servers that you want to be securely publicly accessible, is that correct? Generally, if you're going to be renting this server out for usage by people you don't know, it's probably not a great idea to run it on your home network. If it's just people you know connecting to it, it'll be fine, but beyond that could be risky. It may be better to look at hosting it on a cloud service like Azure or GCloud, though that's a little outside my expertise so not really something I can advise on.
  9. Which game are you playing exactly? How do you currently have QoS setup? If you haven't setup QoS yet, I'd suggest following this guide: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter
  10. Which firmware version are you running exactly? If you've recently upgraded, could you please let us know whether you factory reset the R2 afterwards?
  11. We can see that it rebooted but there's almost no information as to why it rebooted. Just looks like the power was removed all of a sudden. Can you let us know if it does the same again? We could also try manually reflashing your R2, it'd put it back to an older firmware so you'd need to upgrade it again, but that'd be the best way to completely restore it and remove any weird low-level configurations that could be causing a problem. Let me know if you'd like to try that.
  12. @cs10 How are you connected to the R2? Via wired or wireless? Could you please disconnect all cables, including power, for at least ten minutes. After that, please reconnect only the power cable and leave it for 5 minutes. Does the 2.4 and 5Ghz lights then start flashing? If so, see if you can connect to the Wi-Fi and then go to 192.168.77.1 in your web browser.
  13. Have you setup QoS? If not, I'd suggest doing this as this is what's going to improve your experience in-game. Follow this guide if you haven't already: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077073-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-qos
  14. It should still show in the logs. You could perhaps experiment changing the DNS server to a different DNS in the country you're VPNing too. Otherwise if you could grab a log next time you come across the problem that'd be really helpful.
  15. OK, if that doesn't work, we could verify whether it's QoS or not by completely disabling QoS from the three-line menu in Congestion Control, then retest. Perhaps give that a go and let us know the results.
  16. Interesting, I'll check with the team if it's whitelisted for any reason.
  17. Interesting, can you think of any devices that have since been disconnected/not used as much?
  18. Do you see anything in the logs in System Information around the time that it occurred? Could you perhaps click the three-line menu in the top left of logs and download them, then send them over to us?
  19. ¿Qué consola estás usando específicamente? ¿Está utilizando IPv6 en absoluto? Si es así, ¿podría intentar deshabilitarlo desde Configuración de red -> LAN y Configuración de red -> WAN y luego guardar esa configuración?
  20. OK, perhaps it's worth reaching out to the ISP and asking, they may already be aware of such issues as others should've reported it. It's not unheard of for ISPs to limit service during peak times, unfortunately.
  21. It's as yet unconfirmed whether or not it makes a difference, but it certainly shouldn't cause any regressions.
  22. In theory you could share the config files with friends and family if you wanted to and they could set it up on their devices, though that's more a question about your account to ask your provider. Currently yes, the change VPN location you'll need to change the configuration file in the VPN Setup.
  23. What's the make and model of the modem that the R2 is connected to? Is it a pure modem or is it a router/modem combo (Wi-Fi capable)?
  24. Excellent, that's great to hear. Have you made any configuration changes since your last update?
