Disable mirror mode and give 2.4/5GHz different names. Connect devices individually to one of these. Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channels and change to those. Experiment with the widths to see what gives the best speed/range. -

Alex has been very busy recently, he hasn't given me a firm date on when he'll do the next update but he said he'll try and have a day soon of updating all cloud related features. -

Happy to hear you're having a good experience. For QoS try clearing the browser cache/cookies then loading the page once, see if that prevents applying settings appearing. -

Could you email [email protected] with a link to this topic and your order number please. Let them know I recommend to get you a replacement as we have tried many times to access you but have been unable to and to collect your router so we can take a look in house. -

Okay great thanks, no that doesn't need to be connected. As long as the R2 is connected to the main network, has internet access and is accessible then that is all that is needed. -
