  1. You should see it as a device, if not check the IP the fire stick is getting on the fire stick itself then check the Device Manager to match up the IP, then you can re-name the device so you can select it.
  2. I do see we have a ticket open for this already, could you let me know your model and firmware version please? I can then update the ticket so the team can take a look.
  3. Thanks for that, was OFDMA enabled by default? Could you check if you see the same behavior with Smart Connect enabled please?
  4. Have you disabled WMM in Advanced WiFi settings by any chance?
  5. That's very bizarre, not seen anyone have this issue without the connection methods above, has this always been the case for you even after a factory reset?
  6. Are you using VLAN, PPPoE, IPv6 or DHCP identifiers for your connection?
  7. We'll get it sorted, it will affect everyone
  8. Connection Benchmark isn't likely to show your speeds accurately but what do they show? It may be worth setting scheduled tests for Benchmark say every hour or so to see if it's picking up this instability as well.
  9. Can you switch to devices and see if the same behavior occurs please? Do you have any Traffic Prio rules active? Thanks for the app bug, if you wait 10 seconds before going to another page does it save?
  10. Okay go ahead and get access back if you haven't already, we'll see what we can do to reproduce it.
  11. When the speeds are lower than they should be, could you take a look at the Network Monitor please and see if there is anything else using a significant amount of bandwidth at that time?
  12. How is the modem setup, is it in bridge/modem mode or have you put the R2 in its DMZ? I don't think you need to use Bandwidth Allocation in your scenario, you have plenty. As long as you have Congestion Control active (starting at 70%, changing if you feel it can be improved) and Traffic Prioritization enabled to prioritize your Gaming you'll be good to go.
  13. If you have Share Excess enabled that will be why and is expected behavior
  14. I would suggest using it off otherwise you will probably be kicked.
  15. Thanks for the list! The cloud can be done without a new firmware, I've already asked for that to be done. What QoS rules is Bandwidth Allocation disabling exactly?
  16. I'll nudge Alex to update this. You don't have to rely on Ping Heatmap though, you can use the Geo-Filter to still force that location, if there is one there you'll connect to it. If it's mislocated you can use Ping Assist to connect to it.
  17. Couldn't have said it better than the above!
  18. Hello, welcome to the forum! You can use Ping Heatmap to locate the servers for the game and use that to inform your Geo-Filter settings i.e. place your location/radius over the closest servers to you and you should be good to go. I'd also recommend having a look at our optimal settings guides here: https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/folders/16000090646
  19. Could you provide a screenshot of the settings available to you on the switch please?
  20. Prior to the issue happening, with the Network Snapshot pinned to the dashboard did you click on one of the usage bars on the panel while on the Dashboard by any chance?
  21. Are there any other options it has at all?
  22. There is only 100% total available bandwidth so by adjusting values for devices other devices share of that will increase/decrease accordingly. Give one device high bandwidth then you can adjust those specific devices to have a little bandwidth. Share Excess disabled prevents devices sharing their unused bandwidth allocation, I wouldn't recommend having this disabled. What you want to do has been requested before so it may come in future.
  23. When it's showing on the dashboard, does it actually show the pin icon as hollow? If you go to the Network Monitor page and pin/unpin it from there, does it then work?
  24. It's quite unlikely both routers would have the exact same issue so I do wonder if it's something else entirely, where is the router located and are there any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet? Do you have a microwave closeish to it?
  25. Ah, genial, ¿ahora se ha convertido en algo bueno?
