  1. Thanks but can you please tell me what device that is happening on? Do other devices lose internet when this happens?
  2. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and if applicable, how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? For the interface, make sure you're not using a browser based Adblocker/whitelist/disable for the interface page. Ensure the browser/you aren't forcing a connection to the interface via HTTPS.
  3. There won't be any major updates or any further features added or changed, it will primarily be some bug fixes here or there, as with any update I don't have any ETAs. Could you provide a log when you next get that issue please?
  4. Yes it's a bug with accessing but generally features should be working. If you could record this happening using https://jam.dev that would be really helpful
  5. I've moved the location further north and reduced the radius by ~1000km but it still covers all the areas you wanted
  6. You said you're losing internet, which devices does this happen on?
  7. Disable Filtering mode so you can still see servers and see if you can get Bahrain without the Geo-Filter impacting the search
  8. Thanks for that, I can't reproduce it with that website on the latest firmware, it loads instantly for me with Adblocker enabled - have you tried it on the new firmware?
  9. Okay thanks for the extra information but can you tell me what devices you lose internet on please?
  10. xDefiant doesn't work properly with the Geo-Filter so that could be a reason. Is it only the gaming device losing internet?
  11. By the looks of it, it has 'Advanced Security', if you access it are you able to disable it or lower it's impact and then check again?
  12. On the Geo-Filter, it could be trying to migrate the host to one outside your radius for example. Is it only the gaming device losing internet?
  13. Okay keep us posted! Have you got an example of a website you saw this behavior on so we can try to reproduce it?
  14. We haven't been informed of an issue like this, do you see anything being blocked when you're kicked from the game?
  15. Make the radius smaller and move the location so you're covering yourself and Europe and try again
  16. Right okay so I think it's more akin to something like Fortnite, I suspect if you keep trying to connect it will eventually let you in or it could be that the player count for that server is low and that's why it is trying to get you in a different server. Have you ever been able to connect to it without the Geo or can you not tell?
  17. It's right under where you rename it, with all the symbols
  18. Using the Geo-Filter for Apex is a bit hit or miss really. When you get that error do you see anything outside your radius being blocked?
  19. As far as they can tell it is working, they were able to force a server in a different country just using Geo-Latency. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please?
  20. It will be coming, our CEO has chased them so shouldn't be long now. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g. R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  21. I think it'll be fixed properly in the next version so for now I would recommend having the ISP router handle it
  22. Are you on the latest firmware here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/ Were you doing a big download at the time when it happened? If the website has a lot of ads or trackers then in theory it could slow down the loading if Adblocker is blocking them all. You could add any particular websites to the whitelist so they'll work as normal while Adblocker is still enabled.
  23. I've asked him so when he has time he will make the update
