  1. Looks like you've had great advice, let us know if you have any more questions!
  2. I haven't heard anything currently, they're looking at the unable to downgrade on the XR1000 issue right now as a matter of urgency. I'll chase them on this though
  3. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when you get a game outside your radius please? What specific apps is it not blocking on the TV?
  4. That won't have been official advice and should not have been done as it may not be possible to come back to XR500 firmware. The best thing you can try would be upgrading via TFTP https://forum.netduma.com/topic/54949-dumaos-is-not-running/?do=findComment&comment=407569
  5. Do a factory reset on this version then check again please. If it continues provide another log please
  6. You must be the only one that has been able to downgrade normally, we were able to reproduce it easily but that was the bug that caused us to remove it for the moment. The team are looking into it and once they can resolve that they'll release it again. We're fixing some issues with our cloud system that makes updating things like that more difficult than it needs to be currently, that's why it's a bit slower in some cases to get cloud updates out for specific games. This isn't helped by routers running different versions of QoS. I'll bring it up to the colleague who'd take care of it so he can get that sorted when it's easier to do so. Added, though the firmware has been removed temporarily but you'll be in the right place when a new one is available.
  7. Close the tab, unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes then access and see if it works please
  8. Give the new update in early access we posted yesterday a try please, hopefully that will prevent it happening again
  9. Thank you for the suggestion, I will pass it on to the team
  10. In the first post if you scroll down you'll see the link for the RC14 firmware which is what you want - it will appear as .134 after you've done it but if you used the public .134 version you won't be on it
  11. The only option available is entering an address so if that's the only way it is working then that will be the only way
  12. Well done on finding a solution and thanks for sharing! Good question but in this case you're not bridging anything, you're just setting up the device in its own virtual LAN which can actually be more secure.
  13. I've given you Early Access, we just posted a new firmware there yesterday, try that and see if works better https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  14. For the first one no I don't think that's possible, it's server side so we can't see that and we're just running a simple ping or trace to the server so we only have basic information. Jitter/Packet loss/Stability yes most likely we could do that. Matchmaking/peer quality are you referring to establishing the quality of everyone else in the game with you? If so as it's server based the router can only see the server not any peers
  15. No there isn't an option for that, I can add it to the request list but I can't guarantee when/if it may be added
  16. Can you expand on the Adblocker not working - where are you testing this to determine it isn't working? What do you mean by the Geo-Filter works sometimes?
  17. Oh I thought you were using that already as you have early access, yes I would suggest doing so, we just posted a new firmware there yesterday as well
  18. It doesn't have to be, it's entirely up to you and whether you feel you get a better experience with it enabled or disabled
  19. What do you mean by enabling SmartBOOST exactly? As in it is actually fully disabled and then you enabled it? If so that does make sense, it would reload everything. Default gaming should work
  20. Try and look out for any patterns, e.g. a specific time of day, when a specific device or service is used etc
  21. As long as you're able to download files then really any device can work
  22. I've given you Early Access, give that firmware a try https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  23. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  24. I know this sounds odd but is the router kind of close to a microwave and was a microwave used at the times it disconnected?
  25. Yes please, no that's all for now, it will tell me if it's a router specific issue or a specific app issue
