  1. Fraser will be around at some point today to help you out, as it’s the Holidays support may take a bit longer, your patience is appreciated
  2. I would also check your congestion control settings by going to Ping Optimiser > Advanced, 70% is a good place to start but experiment and find what’s best for you. Also, make sure to reboot the console after making any geo-filter changes
  3. Could you go to chrome://gpu and post a screenshot please as I expect Fraser might for it. As its Christmas you may not get a reply from him until tomorrow
  4. Is this happening on wired or WiFi?
  5. Click the 3 button menu at the top of the geo-filter then go to Settings, the toggle for geo-latency is there
  6. @KindaBusted has a great setup video if that’s any help
  7. Your welcome. What issue are you having with the geo-filter? Try setting your geo-filter, reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes then reboot your PS5 does it work then?
  8. There shouldn’t be any need to change any LAN or WAN settings on the R3, it should work fine as it is, let us know how you get on
  9. Not sure where your R3 is in relation to your PS5, I’m assuming it’s downstairs? If so the correct setup would be: Wall > Modem > R3 > downstairs TPLink connected to R3 LAN port then upstairs TPLink > PS5 We use this setup for our sons consoles/PCs that are upstairs and it works perfectly
  10. What device is it that you are playing on? Set your geo-filter, reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes then reboot your device, does it work then?
  11. @Netduma Fraser will be able to help you with this as soon as he can, he is extremely busy at the moment so your patience is much appreciated
  12. As @Zippy suggested disable geo latency, that should help. You should be fine to reenable steady Ping if you want as that shouldn't cause servers outside your radius
  13. WiFi is much better than the R2. If needs be you could use your ASUS as an access point to extend the wifi
  14. There not been any release date for 4.0 on the R2 as of yet. Keep an eye on the forums for any news
  15. This is most likely due to Steady Ping. You can see the R3 FAQs here:
  16. QoS is now SmartBoost and Ping Optimiser. You can see the R3 FAQs here:
  17. @Derek2626 Settings > WiFi > Advanced, Split WiFi bands is at the bottom
  18. Steady ping is designed to add a small amount to your ping, It uses this buffer to eliminate jitter so should make games much smoother. I have not tried with Fifa but my own experience on MW3 is that steady ping makes a huge difference for the better
  19. @Zennon Great to see you mate, @Zippy is right, Steady Ping makes a very noticeable differance
  20. Welcome Kieran, looking forward to seeing the new content
  21. Filtering mode means that the geofilter is on, Spectating mode is off. Strict mode ensures that you only connect to servers that are inside of your radius, disabling strict mode is only needed for specific games like Destiny 2.
  22. You have to weigh up what you need from your router, the XR500 has more powerful hardware but the R2 will get all the latest updates first.
  23. The XR500 has more powerful hardware but the R2 will get the latest updates first as it’s directly from Netduma.
