  1. It’s nothing to worry about, these logs are perfectly normal. The logs are only for the developers and they are often misunderstood.
  2. It’s possible that it’s just your power supply that’s faulty. Someone from Netduma will be able to advise you on where to get a replacement.

  7. 1.03.6j is the most recent version of the original FW. The only difference between it and g or h is the EULA if I remember correctly.

  10. So you have congestion control enabled? If you want to receive your full speeds you need to disable congestion control by setting the sliders to 100%, remember to enable it again while gaming to stop local congestion from making you lag.   11. I expect you have congestion control enabled. If you disable congestion control do you get your full speeds then?
  12. Tick rates show in the auto ping panel on the geo-filter page. Make sure you have ‘Auto Ping Host’ ticked in the geo-filter options as manually pinging servers won’t show tick rates or other ping stats.
  13. You can see tick rates with the XR500. here is the link to the latest FW which includes advanced ping stats (including tick rate)
  14. There isn’t any way to force yourself to be host, that’s down to the game.
  15. Unfortunately there’s not much that can be done at the minute to be honest as the UI should be accessed via a PC. There is a mobile app being developed but there’s no release date. The fact it was working and now it isn’t might suggest there has been an update to your Android device that has caused it. Do you have another device you can try?
  16. Can you access the interface using a PC? The interface is not optimised for mobile and it’s recommended to access it from a PC.

  18. Did you see any error messages during the upgrade? i would suggest factory resetting the R1 from ‘miscellaneous’ and then try upgrading to DumaOS again.
  19. It may be worth downloading the DumaOS file again just in case something went wrong with the initial download. Failing that I would suggest factory resetting the R1 and then trying to upgrade to DumaOS again.

  22. Can you run a PingPlotter test directly from your modem and post the results?
  23. Have you swapped out the Ethernet cable between your modem/router and the XR500 to rule out a faulty cable?
