I'm afraid not, I asked about it this morning, there's is one bug which is now fixed, but I believe there's still a separate issue. We'll get an early access/beta firmware built when we've got more information on the issue and hopefully we can give it to some people such as yourself and you can test it. I don't have any kind of an ETA for such a fix as we're not sure whether we're going to be able to do that yet, but in an ideal world that's how we'll proceed.

Hello again! I tried today another provider's vpn configuration file (free one) and It worked.

The obvioius reason that it didn't work is their configuration file, but I contact with them and they said that everything works fine from their side.

Can you please check the configuration files and give me your opinion? Maybe i have to change something to work with Netduma.

Yeah I think it's more a case of how HybridVPN reads the config files, it clearly has issues with the first one and not the second. We're still investigating so we hope to have it fixed for then next update. Feel free to send the config files you've got over to us, it may also help our developer in debugging the issue.

 Q1 Does surfshark wireguard  work on  nighthawk xr500 router / hybrid vpn

 

Also q2 will xr500   have the new dpi fw   like the r2 has availible

We haven't specifically tested that provider but it should as long as the template above is followed.

It will get the DPI cloud update yes.

So is the cloud dpi  update availible now on the xr500

 

I tried to setup surfshark on my r2 router  with both  types  vpn configs   openvpn and wireguard 

 I couldnt get them working using  templates here for wire shark

 I will probally right a new post too

Not currently no. Yeah make a new topic and include the configs you're using and we can take a look.

So i was asking  a few questions

 I still need help with q1  does xr500 work with surfshark wireguard

  

I have got my r2 working with surfshark open vpn and wireguard correctly 

 But i cannot get wireguaed working on the xr500   it dosent have the same options as the r2 does

 On the r2 settings you can choos either open vpn or wireguard

 On the xr500 it dosent have the wireguard option  liike r2 has

 

Im pretty sure i can get open vpn to work on my xr5000  like i did on my r2

 

But i dont like using openvpn as it lowers mt speeds to mutch   wireguard my speeds are still high

If there is no Wireguard option on the XR500 then it will not work, the option has to be there.

It does have Wireguard support, make sure you're on the latest firmware

I am on R2 3.3.280

When I set the wireguard configuration and say only VPN these services: COD series, it wont effect the game.. am I missing something here?

Did you have Battle.net open in the Windows system tray when you applied the VPN? If so that could be why, exit the game and the launcher completely including from the System Tray, then enable it then launch.
