New Firmware Issue

Hi, I just updated to the new firmware for the R2 and for some reason QoS won't load. When I try to open it a few moments later I get a message saying "the Rapp is not loaded yet please try again in a minute." I've already factory reset the router twice as well as done a normal reboot.

When you do a factory reset or a reboot you should wait 2 minutes before accessing the router, during this time it's loading all the Rapps correctly, accessing too soon and loading features which have not finished loading can lead to this issue. Reboot via the interface, wait 2 minutes, then access and see if it works.

I tried that but the message pops up pretty much right away without me clicking anything.

Are you getting this in all web browsers? Can you clear your browsers cache and see if the problem persists.

I've only ever used microsoft edge. I cleared the cache/cookies and I'm still getting the same issue.

When you factory reset previously, how did you do it, using the hardware button or via the interface?
