JoseG Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 Hi, I just updated to the new firmware for the R2 and for some reason QoS won't load. When I try to open it a few moments later I get a message saying "the Rapp is not loaded yet please try again in a minute." I've already factory reset the router twice as well as done a normal reboot.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 1, 2021 Administrators Posted December 1, 2021 When you do a factory reset or a reboot you should wait 2 minutes before accessing the router, during this time it's loading all the Rapps correctly, accessing too soon and loading features which have not finished loading can lead to this issue. Reboot via the interface, wait 2 minutes, then access and see if it works.

JoseG Posted December 2, 2021 Author Posted December 2, 2021 I've only ever used microsoft edge. I cleared the cache/cookies and I'm still getting the same issue.
